With the launch of thew Wii, Europe has been getting alot, maybe even more the the US for once.
The best example would be Wii Play. I mean, you got to get a Game with yourr controller. Plus we don't get till Feb.(which is soon). Also, you guys got Warioware before us and MP8 has been delayed a month in the US, but not in Europe. You guys get the game in March still.
My question is this NoE upping the anty, or NoA slacking?

Nintendo Europe has been on good form since the launch of the DS. Advertising is way up - everyone seems to know about Nintendogs, Brain Training and Wii Sports, even those who know bugger all about games.
We went through an excellent patch of getting GBA and DS games earlier than the US, but this seems to have tailed off more recently. Traditionally we have gotten Wario games before the US for some reason, from Wario Land II onwards (except WW: Twisted which was never released - for EU regulation reasons I have been led to believe).
But WarioWare, MP3 player, Wii Play with bundled remote (apparently Wii Play was the biggest selling launch game in Europe), and so on. Excellent sales, increasing shop space, and a nice big gap before they have to worry about the PS3 (unlike in Japan and the US).
So yes, they're doing much better than the GBA-GC years, but they've been doing better since the DS release.

I must say that\'s great for you guys. I assum it\'s NoE improving. The reason I asked is NoA just got a new president(Reggie) and wanted to make sure that this wasn\'t cause of him.
I assum he\'s doing OK then, even though I want MP8 in march.

Well, Reggie is president of NoA - while I'm sure some of his influence is felt outside the US (after all, Reggimania was a worldwide phenomenon), he doesn't have influence over the European market.
But a lot of the big changes come straight from Japan. If anything, Europe is following the Eastern market closer than the Western market.
I like that.

Well, i didn;t mean Reggie was effecting Europe. I felt that maybe(and more so uif a trend continued) that his leadership may not be so good as the last president(of NoA).
