I assume you'd still have plenty of characters to unlock, its just that there could be extra characters later on.
Hey, that could be a way to have slight variant characters like Tanooki Mario - you could do something online (say, win an online tournament) and unlock them. People that have no access to online probably wouldn't complain about missing out on a character, but nerds like us, who would already be playing online, could get some extra nerdy rewards.

Thats just an idea. But what I'm saying is the characters would be like the clones of SSBM - they look different but they don't actually play any differently - so its not like you are missing out on anything that will change the game. Besides, Nintendo hopes for about 90% of users to be online - so if that happens, there wont be many people left that can't get them.
And you could always do what they did in F-Zero GX, by having the secret online characters in there, just that its easier to unlock them online.

well hopefully It will be easy online. Unlike X-Box Live where you need dsl or Cable. My brothers been baging for it. Well according from what I heard Nintendo online will beat X-Box Live.

I can't even get high speed here I live.What makes ya think I can do online with Revolution?I mean,can you do it anyware?I dunno even how it works exactly The point of this is I don't want there to be any major things you could get online that some can't get.And a,Tanooki Mario character for SSB3 counts in my book as something major.Even if it was the same as Mario normal. |
