Satoru Iwata has just confirmed that the final design for the Revolution (which is on display right now at the conference) may be even smaller than the model shown this morning.
It is Nintendo's smallest home console ever.

But they didn't show anything for it...
I feel a little underwhelmed by that Revolution offering - Sony is way ahea in "wow" factor right now...
Is there a chance more will be shown later during this year's E3, or is this it?
The system looks great, but that's about all we know right now.

They showed a Metroid demo for it, but I feel a little underwhelmed by the lack of a proper showing. It's unlikely that big events occur during the show. Most of the time the show is for the press to try out what was seen at the conference. So, in that regards, bit of a shame. No solid details on why it's revolutionary (downloading old games is not a revolution... I've been doing that on my PC for nigh on diggity years!), no controller, scant game details... They're playing catch-up again... and that's never played well for them

After considering this today, I too think we were perhaps a bit ripped off - even if they weren't going to shown the console, at least give us a teaser trailer of the games. Hell, give us one picture of Smash Bros. Online.
Assuming that Nintendo aren't just going to pick a random day, and let the machine appear on some forum and be "revealed" (and, knowing Nintendo, they could very well end up doing this, as dumb as it would be), when will we see this? On a crappy MTV special? At Spaceworld (if they start it up again - they could for this supposedly fantastic console)?
OK, I'll go back to my 3D projection and gyro/tilt sensitive controllers guess. You'll see...
