Why is it in every warioware so far there have been no refrences to Kirby/Earthbound/Pokemon? And further more why are there punch out! refrences but the graphics and sounds are changed to NOT be Punch Out!..... it doesn't make sense. Not to mention that Punch out was completely left out of the Smash bros trophy collection.... couldn't be legal trouble with Mike Tyson because they made more Punch out games after the Tyson scandal and even re-released Mike Tyson's punch out.
9-Volts games never had a Kirby in there, and that's weird. Kirby's been on every platform, he's owned by nintendo, he's old school..... why leave him out?

Too complicated to work into a 5-second microgame?

Actually, the opening to WarioWare inc. is said to be a parody of the opening of Earthbound. I should really put that back up some time

Fryguy is right. Where you see the city during the night, and the camera slowly shows the buildings. I never noticed that.

Because Kirby is owned by HAL. He should be in, I agree, but they seem happy to stick with the Nintendo owned franchises.

They should start out working with other companies' games, and I think starting that with IntSys is a good idea since it made most of the WarioWare games.

Nintendo should definately start making games featuring other companies' franchises (such as Sonic, Megaman, and Pac-man), rather than lending their franchises (such as Starfox, Donkey Kong, and F-Zero) to those companies. I want to see Nintendo make their version of a Megaman and Sonic game.

No. I don't know if anyone besides Capcom has ever made a Megaman game, but it's happened to Sonic... and the games made outside of Sega are rarely any good (except for Sonic R, which was okay.) I'm not even THAT fond of most of the outside-of-Nintendo Mario games, but a lot of them are pretty good...

I think the Mega Man Zero games are developed out-of-house with a close eye kept on the projects like Capcom.
But don't forget, even Zelda is handled out-of-house from time to time - and look how awesome Minish Cap is!
Nintendo working with other series could be interesting, and it would certainly be a step towards getting more N-exclusive games in popular franchises. But who will sign up for such a project?

Minish Cap is Capcom, right? I haven't played it for some time after I got stuck in the... uh... Wind Temple or something? But, yeah... that game was very good...

It's by Flagship, a wholly owned subsidiary of Capcom set up with funds from Capcom, Sega and Nintendo. They've done the Zelda Oracles, the GBA remake of LttP, Minish Cap, and Kirby and the Amazing Mirror. I'm surprised they didn't make Four Swords Adventures, actually.

I don't, actually... it was only released over here packaged with R Racing: Evolution (or something), but just try finding a copy of that in the UK... anywhere.

Did Flagship write the script of Ocarina of Time? I've heard somebody said so! And ya, Minish Cap and Amazing Mirror... They're good. Getting back to the question, actually there are a LOT of things missed out in WarioWare! At least, there aren't any Gameboy Color and Nintendo 64 related thing.

Seeing as Flagship didn't exist when OoT was in development, I doubt it.
