Behind the DS cards:
I found a strang, printed string on every game.
WarioWare: Touched:
AZWEN0J08
Metroid Prime Hunters: First Hunt:
AMFEN0J13
Super Mario 64 DS:
ASMEN0J08
Yoshi Touch & Go: (I bought it 3 days ago, and found it an excellent game)
AYIEN0J12
Chokkan Hitofude (Japanese):
ASNJN0J20
After finding all these, I wondered does this apply to other sysrems as well? Then I go:
GBA: Nothing special.
GC:
Kaabii no Earaido (Guess what it is!?)
I looked into the inner little transparent part, and found:
IFPI HH59 MADE IN JAPAN
This happens also on the front. it reads:
IFPI HH62
And look at the inner "circle" of the back of the disc, I found some tiny words "IFPI LL37", then folloed by some bigger words:
203F3002 DOL-GKYJ-0-00 JPN S0
What is IFPI? And what is 203F3002? To check if this is also fore other games, I went on:
Dairantou Smash Brothers DX:
Back: IFPI QKN1 and
102A2604 DOL-GKYJ-0-01 JPN S0
Front: IFPI QKN6
Mario Kart Double Dash:
Back: IFPI QKN9 and
103J1813 DOL-GM4J-0-01 JPN S0
Front: IFPI QKO1
So strange...
Commonly, they all have IFPI printed on both sides and include the serial number. But what is IFPI? What does the rest mean? I don't know.
Further Checking: Now onto 64!
No words, other than Nintendo logo, is found on the Nintendo 64 cart. but on the labels, other than the serial number, I found "G745995" on Super Mario 64 (Japan), "G751712" on StarFox 64, and "G744816" on the back of both of them. I suppose they are the number referred to which file is used to print this out, that is, the filename of the title picture.
...File name? can that be also the answer to the Gamecube discs and the DS cards!?
Similar numbers are nowhere to be found on the GC/DS manuals, though. I'll go sumarize them tomorrow, so please wait.

EDIT:
More of them!!!
I found "DN10559394" at the bottom of my gamecube but see no explanation or describtion next to it; and I found XNCKEO2 at the back of my NTR-002 (charging adapter).
Also, I checked on my GBC and my GB cartridge... and guess what? No strange number/strings are found there!
And I've found a pattern on what written on DS/GC games.
Say, in WarioWare: Touched!,
AZWEN0J08 can be expressed as
A-ZW-EN-0J-08
I don't know what is A and 0J08;
ZW is taken from the serial number of each game (for example, SM stands for Super Mario, MF stands for Metroid First and YI stands for Yoshi's Island (At least I think so));
and EN (JN on Japanese game) is the language of the game.
In Kaabii no Earaido,
IFPI HH62 and IFPI HH59
consists of "IFPI" and a number on it, with the first 2 characters of each side the same.
And, 203F3002 DOL-GKYJ-0-00 JPN S0
is made out of a 8-character thing, and then the serial number of the game with #-## added. The S0 part is the same on the 3 games that I've mentioned.
