I announce surrender to my Gamecube. I want to have some hardware for it, but I have some problems with it.
(1) Zelda FSA, Nintendo Puzzle Collection, Pokemon Box, and FFCC. What else Nintendo published games are bundled with GBA cable(s)? (WarioWorld, no cable. Metroid Prime, no. Pokemon Colosseum, no. Why is that all GC-GBA games that I look for are not bundled with GBA cables?)
(2) Where can I have stickers for GC memory cards?
(3) Memory Card 1019 is only released outside Japan, but I want to have one for my Japanese Gamecube. Is it possible?
(4) What is the usage of the Serial Port 2 anyway?

The games you mentioned that don't include one, probably don't because connectivity doesn't play a big role in the game. For Metroid Prime for example... The only thing you can do with the cable in that game is unlock one or two things.
(2) Where can I have stickers for GC memory cards?
I think you get a pair of stickers with each game that includes a memory card (like Animal Crossing, and I think Pokémon Colosseum too). Didn't you also get some when you just buy a memory card? I can't remember that.
And as for question 3 and 4: I have no idea.

I'm 99% sure that Memory Cards work regardless of region, as long as you only have save files from a particular region and no different ones. So you should be able to use a US mem. card for Japanese games or American games, but not for Japanese AND American games.

Colosseum doesn't include a memory card.

It doesn't? Strange, I vaguely remember seeing that game in a store with "Includes Memory Card 59" on the box art, just like with Animal Crossing... but I could be wrong.

I don't know... I got it on the first day, so maybe eventually it included a memory card. But it only requires about 40 some blocks.
Btw, third party memory cards usually include stickers. But they're really crappy, and could possibly just delete your game.

Pokemon games also come with Memory Card 59. But what I really want is a bundled Memory Card 251 or 1019!
Now, are there official stickers for sale?

Probably. But they wouldn't bundle a 251 or 1019. Unless the game required like hundreds of blocks to save.

Colosseum doesn't include a memory card. It does. It also includes two special Pokémon Colosseum memory card stickers - one ruby, one sapphire.

My Colosseum definitely came with a Memory Card. So did my Pokemon Box.

I've got the box of Memory Card 59 and checked... and I was amazed.
There is a sticker and a user manual for it. It's just that when I got it - a 2nd hand card 59, it was removed.
