i am having some troubles with super smash brothers melee my friend is the master at it and he has a secret cheat for it. i don;t know how he does it but he can alter charter's like getting samus into her fusion armor and getting foxes staff. he won;t tell me how he does it and i have spent sleepless night's on the computer looking for the answer it all comes up action replay but he does not have that...i need help so i can beat my friend down.

At the title screen, press A, B, X, A, A, A, B, X, R, A, B, A, A, Y, B, A, B, Y, X, X, Y, L, R, Z, Z, Y, A, B, B, A, L, Z, Z, B, X, Y while holding up on the control stick, down on the C stick and all four directions on the d-pad.

^ That reminds me of the Shadows of the Empire code on the N64... not enough hands to use it, had to put my nose to use too.
But there's not such codes on Smash Bros. to unlock anything like that. My suggestion is when playing with your friends to stay off the hallucinogens.

Well, (1) To change colour of a character, press a certain button when you have someone selected. (2) "Fox's staff"? You mean Falco? Just keep playing VS mode and he'll eventually come out. At the title screen, press A, B, X, A, A, A, B, X, R, A, B, A, A, Y, B, A, B, Y, X, X, Y, L, R, Z, Z, Y, A, B, B, A, L, Z, Z, B, X, Y while holding up on the control stick, down on the C stick and all four directions on the d-pad. no he has done it 3 or 4 times on me... which makes me really mad...as for the drug part i do not do drugs

The closest thing to a 'staff' would be a Homerun Bat or Laser Sword.
You cna change Samus's outfit by pressing X or Y ( I think) on character selection. I don't think there is a Fusion themed suit, but I could be wrong.

Nope. Theres a purple suit which looks exactly like the Gravity suit, though.
Are you sure he's not just putting in a copy of Starfox Adventures or Metroid Fusion when you aren't looking?

because my friend pulled this one on me. he kept tellin me that if you put in a special code you could get roy and marth to use magic, or if you did it with samus you can get her in her fusion suit. if you think about it that is what nintendo really needs to do. for the next super smash brothers they should do somthing like that.

No, they don't. Samus in her fusion suit is fine, giving Fox a staff is fine, but make them unlockable. I hate inputting a long code just to use something. Unless you only have to do it once, then it becomes unlocked permanetly, which would be okay.

yeah that would be better if you had to play as a certain charter kind of like final fanstasys limit breaks the more pople you kill you get new stuff so samus would get her fusion suit fox would get his staff and link and young link would get the diffrent arrows. this would make super smash brothers cooler than it already is...
