I've been thinking about the online service Nintendo will be offering with the Revolution. It's one thing to just be online, revelling in the ability to play online -- but how could it be improved? Post your ideas here.
I would very much like to see something like X-Box 360's point-scoring service. Basically, each X-Box 360 game has a number of "achievements" that go towards your gamer rating online. These achievements can be won both on- or off-line, giving incentives to completely finish one-player games for the best scores. After all... everyone wants to be the best.
I think this could be integrated well into the Nintendo wi-fi service - perhaps even a high achievement score would allow you to "buy" classic games in the Virtual Console for free.
It's already been mentioned that a system like the European Stars Catalogue (or the Japanese Club Nintendo) where you get points for buying a game, plus points for buying a certain number of games, plus points for taking parts in surveys and visiting the Nintendo website frequently, etc. could be used. So go online a lot for some bonus points - try out some test software for some more, and so on.
Is my idea stupid or flawed? Have you got your own ideas?

It's great!
Maybe it could have it's own web browser, only usable by connecting to the computer, that goes to a special Revolution site. With a forums and ... special stuff for those with revs and stuff like that. Maybe demos and Beta versions could be downloaded of the site... now that, would be cool.

I don't see why we need to connect to a computer - why not set up that on the Rev itself?
I'd also like to see better communication features, such as a type of mail service, so that you can set up matches with people without having to do it some other way.
