Okay, I thought I have asked some of these before, but I really want to get the answer.
The questions are: (1) Can I use Memory Card 1019 (which is avalible outside Japan only - unless you buy one and travel with it to Japan, bwa hah!) for my Japanese Gamecube? With the need to store MKDD ghosts and SSBM screenshots, I think I DO need this.
(2) What use do we have for Serial Port 2?
(3) how big are the bongos? They might be too big that they might prevent me from getting DKJB. I have so much other things that I want before this, tough.
(4) Concerning Pokemon, can I use US version of Pokemon games to link with Japanese versions of Colosseum or XD?
(5) Sommetimes, when I try to use GBA as the controller, I lose control and the GBA is resetting itself. Why is that so? How to prevent it?
(6) I won't make any use of this, anyway, but can I link up a Japanese GC, an American GC and an European GC together to form a LAN for battles?
(7) Not a question at all: Can anyone donate screenshots of LAN battles (especially menu screens) of LAN-enabled games (especially MKDD and KAR)?
(someone reading this post: Hey, YL, you speak too much!)
(8) Does Wavebird, GBA Wireless adaptor, DS wireless and so on interfere?
(9) Does GBC infrared (oh, this is not a GC question at all, I know) interfere with things like Palm's infrared beam or infrared mouse/keyboard and so on?
(10) (Okay, fine, this is really the last question!) Is Kirby for GC ever going to be released? It seems that Kirby games are often released in the later times of the lifespan of consoles though. Kirby's Adventure in 1993, Kirby 3 in 1998 and to a certain extent, Kirby 64 in 2000 are all like this.

(1) Can I use Memory Card 1019 (which is avalible outside Japan only - unless you buy one and travel with it to Japan, bwa hah!) for my Japanese Gamecube? With the need to store MKDD ghosts and SSBM screenshots, I think I DO need this. I would imagine so. The only thing you CAN'T do is mix data from different regions on the same memory card. That will format the memory card and you will lose everything on it. I imagine it would work fine though. Japan didn't get it because they went for the SD Memory Card instead. (2) What use do we have for Serial Port 2? None, to my knowledge. As Nintendo has always done, their console is loaded with extra ports... just in case they break the market and get an opportunity to offer a ton of expansions. (3) how big are the bongos? They might be too big that they might prevent me from getting DKJB. I have so much other things that I want before this, tough. They're about 6" high 12" across and 7" deep. Not that big really... but if you like to keep boxes (like me) and you buy two games with bongos included, then they take up quite a lot of room ;D (4) Concerning Pokemon, can I use US version of Pokemon games to link with Japanese versions of Colosseum or XD? No. This MAY wipe your game. It may not. Either way it doesn't work. (5) Sommetimes, when I try to use GBA as the controller, I lose control and the GBA is resetting itself. Why is that so? How to prevent it? Is that because the GBA battery is low? If not, then perhaps it's because your GC-GBA cable is loose or faulty. If your GBA runs out of battery or unplugs somehow, most games that use it will reset. Very irritating when my girlfriend's battery ran out halfway through a boss battle in Four Swords. (6) I won't make any use of this, anyway, but can I link up a Japanese GC, an American GC and an European GC together to form a LAN for battles? No idea. If the ports are identical I would have thought so... but then again they may be programmed to be incompatible - language barrier and all that. (7) Not a question at all: Can anyone donate screenshots of LAN battles (especially menu screens) of LAN-enabled games (especially MKDD and KAR)? Not me. I can't donate screenshots of much right now... my TV Card doesn't work on Windows XP, so I've not had access to it since my computer went down last year. (8) Does Wavebird, GBA Wireless adaptor, DS wireless and so on interfere? No, I believe they all operate on different channels. However... SOMETHING is making my remote controlled Mario Kart move without any help. (9) Does GBC infrared (oh, this is not a GC question at all, I know) interfere with things like Palm's infrared beam or infrared mouse/keyboard and so on? The infrared beam only works from a few inches away, so no. It's never affected any infra-red receivers I've ever owned. It was announced at E3 last year and has disappeared. It hardly has the system-grabbing potential of Twilight Princess, so I doubt it's worth them releasing it on Gamecube later in the year. I suspect it's vanished and is being moved to Revolution. But clearly we don't know that yet... but I can't think of any other reason why it would have vanished just like that.

Uh-wow. You really are amazing for answering all these!
For the memory card thing, I think I'll just ask the seller. It won't kill my games or save data anyway.
After messing with the GC for a while -
(4) Concerning Pokemon, can I use US version of Pokemon games to link with Japanese versions of Colosseum or XD?
No. This MAY wipe your game. It may not. Either way it doesn't work.
I've tried it. The game said that it cannot. GBA Pokemon can transfer to different language version, and DS-GBA linking does work, but linking cannot be done via GBA's wireless adaptor if the language version differs. For GC-GBA. XD cannot even detect the Englich Fire Red that I had! (Both Pokemon games aren't mine, though. So I cannot keep them for further research.)
(5) Sommetimes, when I try to use GBA as the controller, I lose control and the GBA is resetting itself. Why is that so? How to prevent it?

This irritiates me too. When playing Four Swords Adventures or Nintendo Puzzle Collection, you lose control and then lose the game!
I see. Did you try for new drivers and such? My card works perfectly on Windows Server 2003!
SOMETHING is making my remote controlled Mario Kart move without any help.
Remote cars sometimes do move without using that specific remote control! It's quite strange.
Sometimes I can control someone else's remote car with my own controller!
It was announced at E3 last year and has disappeared. It hardly has the system-grabbing potential of Twilight Princess, so I doubt it's worth them releasing it on Gamecube later in the year. You've seen Kirby's Air Ride (64/Cancelled) and Tilt 'n' Tumble (GC/Cancelled), right? HAL games get vanished is no longer uncommon! But this is not what I want to see...
Hopefully we get to play this at last.

Masahiro Sakurai did not take Kirby with him to his independent studio, and it is still developed by HAL Laboratory. His leaving would not have affected the game's release... as he left HAL long before it was even announced.
And it's true that HAL has a pretty bad track record for getting games on the shelves.
