Game & Watch: I'm partial to a bit of Manhole (haha, that sounded a bit gay!)
NES: Super Mario Bros. - I can pretty much play it in my sleep.
SNES: Yoshi's Island - still the best game ever
N64: Ocarina of Time - although sometimes I prefer Majora's Mask
GC: Funnily enough, probably Super Mario Sunshine... oooh, controversy!
GB: Pokemon Red/Blue
GBC: Wario Land 2
GBA: err... Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire
DS: Mario Kart DS... at least until the release of New SMB!
VB: Wario Land VB

CTG (Color TV): -- (You expect me to play Color TV? Anyway, while not being able to play them, I like Color TV Racing 112 quite a lot.) Game & Watch: Super Mario Bros HVC (Famicom): Kirby's Adventure HVC-021~025 (Famicom DS): I hate the loading time. DMG (Game Boy): Don't know... probably G&W Gallery 1 SHVC (Super FC): not sure...If NP is counted in, then there are a lot of them. If not, Kirby Super Star. I think. NUS (Nintendo 64): Don't know. Super Smash Bros, maybe. SHVC-041 (SFC NP): Sutte Hakkun CGB (GB Color): Not sure... G&W Gallery 2, perhaps... NUS-010/011 (64DD): Hope I've played it... I want F-Zero X Expansion Kit the most. AGB (GB Advance): Currently, Tsuukin Hitofude (Polarium Advance). Later, don't know. DOL (Gamecube): Don't know... I love most games that I hold. MIN (Pokémon Mini): Again, I hope I could have a chance to play it... NTR (Nintendo DS): Currently, Tetris DS. Later, who knows?
Revolution: It's not out yet, but I look forward to SSB for Revolution the most.

Game & Watch: While I've only played Gameboy Color Gallery 3 (aka Game & Watch Gallery 4), my favorites out of the ones I've played is Turtle Bridge and Egg.
Gameboy: Pokemon Red/Blue/Yellow Version (only 3 games I've played)
Gameboy Color: Pokemon Gold/Silver/Crystal Version, Gameboy Color Gallery 3 (again, only ones I've played).
SNES: I guess... Super Mario World. (I have only played a SNES once, with like 5 games)
N64: Super Mario 64, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, Banjo-Kazooie, StarFox 64
GameCube: StarFox Assault, Super Smash Bros. Melee, The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, The Legend of Zelda: Collector's Edition, F-Zero GX
DS: Super Mario 64 DS, Yoshi Touch & Go, Metroid Prime Hunters: First Hunt
Gameboy Advance: Pokemon Sapphire (only game I own...)

Of the systems I own
SNES - Yoshi's Island. N64 - Super Mario 64 GCN - SSBM or Metroid Prime GB - Pokemon Blue GBA - WarioWare Inc (excluding ports, otherwise I suppose Yoshi's Island would be by default) DS - Mario Kart DS
And, although I've never owned a NES, I've played enough of the games through the zillion ports Nintendo makes that NES - SMB or SMB3.
