Well actually, despite my negative expression towards the name, my friends still look at it positively.
I just finished talking on the phone to one of my classmate about the exam that we are having. During the chat, I mentioned Wii, and he (1) immediately know what I meant, (2) said that Nintendo's innovation will finally sell the console, like DS did.
Another told me that he'll just wait 'til the E3, and will see if players are still mad at the name. This haven't change my mind, but I've already decided to wait for another couple of days.
