Staff, I would like to know which personages of the Ocarina of Time I will be in Twilight Princess? The Saria will be?

Saria probably isn't in Twilight Princess, but we can't really say at this point in time. There's a new girl that's Link's friend, Ilia is her name, I think. Btw, don't take this the wrong way, but what you meant to say in English was "I would like to know with characters (personages is fine) of Ocarina of Time I will SEE in Twilight Princess. Will Saria be in the game?" or something like that. It made it sound like you wanted to BE Saria

Staff, I would like to know which personages of the Ocarina of Time I will be in Twilight Princess? The Saria will be? It's a completely new Link in a completely different Hyrule. Chances are there will be no characters from Ocarina of Time in Twilight Princess. Saria is even less likely, as she is one of the seven sages.

I personally think she is more likely, because it is implied in tWW that the sages are immortal.

It looks doubtful that any character from OOT will appear. Isnt OOT the first zelda game in the timeline? I would think that Twilight Princess would feature an entirely different cast (besides reccuring bloodlines and names).
I dont know if the sages would make an appearance, but it is unlikely we will see Saria.

I personally think she is more likely, because it is implied in tWW that the sages are immortal. It's implied that the sages change all the time. There was a Kokiri and Zora sage, but they weren't Saria or Ruto. Which either suggests that they are not immortal (long-lived, perhaps?) or that they de-saged and lived a mortal life thereafter.

Hold on..... the bird guys (I forget their name) are evolved from the Zoras?
What are evolved from the Gorons?

The bird people are called Ritos and did, as you said, evolve from Zoras.
The Gorons never evolved. You can still find three Gorons in Wind Waker if you look.

Really? Hmmm... are they the merchants? I've only really played through Wind Waker once, and it was my first Zelda game, so I didn't pick up on any of the not-in-your-face storyline or character elements.
I really need to play through it again, but I also need to play through OoT, too. Hell, and Zelda 1, for that matter.

Wait... how can they have evolved from Zoras when one of them is related to the postman from Majora's Mask?
I don't remember anything about them evolving from Zoras.

Because one of their sages was a Zora

And Gorons evolved into horribly disguised tourists.

Actually, the Minish Cap, Four Swords and Four Swords Adventures all predate Ocarina of Time. Twilight Princess is only set a few decades after OOT.
But was the Kokiri sage the sage of the forest? No, he was the sage of the Earth. And maybe yeah... they are long lived. But I think Fado (the kokiri sage) predates the flood because I'm pretty sure after the flood the Kokiri were magically transformed into Koroks.
Maybe the Rito are half-human half-zora? There's been the suggestion of half-goron half-zora, becoming Rito, (because they live on Dragoon Roost Island, which could be Death Mountain), but I think this makes more sense.
But isn't Termina an alternative universe? Maybe the postman's Hyrule counterpart was a Zora, hm? Though the question is: how the hell did Link get to Termina?

Through a magical tree stump... obviously What is the argument for the Four Swords series predating OoT? I've seen nothing to suggest this is the case.

Heres one for you - how are the OoT carpenters still living (and still the exact same age, or at least close enough to look the same) in TMC (or vice versa, depending on which one is first)?
Answer that one.
