Yeah, but I think people have a hard time with RPGs and puzzlers shouldn't really use them to "relax" themselves... They'll probably get more frustrated.

I can see how an RPG could be relaxing. If you're not really doing anything to progress the main game, you could simply be exploring, experimenting, or playing some goofy minigame. I could see how that would be relaxing. It also helps if the game is pretty to look at and has good music.
I think Star Fox Adventures is kind of relaxing, too. I may be one of the few, but I love that game.

Well, I find Electroplankton very relaxing, and Super Mario Sunshine always makes me feel right at home.

Super Princess Peach is a very relaxing game as there aren't many times where the puzzles require you to think hard about what you're supposed to do. It's so easy, I blew through the first 5 worlds in less than an hour.

Electroplancton (DS) when you don't event want to think while relaxing. Polarium and Brain Training's Sudoku (both DS) when you don't mind thinking while relaxing. Super Mario 64 DS / New Super Mario Bros. (both DS) mini-games (a lot of them are pretty relaxing and fun).
EDIT: In WarioWare Inc. (GBA) there is pretty relaxing Easy Mode tower.
