There's a chance of almost any system being on VC, though I think we can safely rule out the Playstations and Xboxs.

Considering even though Atari is dying, they do have loads of stuff on GameTap, so, there is a chance.
How about computer games? Is that possible?

Is PlayStation really ruled out? We're talking about emulation. As I understand it (and I could be wrong), emulators, like the kind you can run on your PC, are not illegal in and of themselves. It's only the pirated ROMs that are illegal. In which case, you wouldn't see any first party Sony software, but it would be up to third parties to decide whether their PlayStation games would be available on the Wii. I mean, how would it be different from, say, the PS1 version of Mega Man 8 in the Mega Man Anniversary Collection, or Castlevania: Symphony of the Night being made available for X-Box Live Arcade? I believe those are being emulated.
A bigger issue is storage. Not all CD-based games take up the entire CD, but larger (and multi-disc) games wouldn't fit in the Wii's internal flash memory, would they?

I'd be surprised if we received any multi-disc games, but considering you can safely download N64 games, I'm going to guess that the storage medium is sufficient to store larger titles.
Pirated ROMs are illegal, but if the emulator uses any patented system coding then there's a chance that it too could be illegal. A bit more work may be required than a straight code dump, but there's no reason why a 3rd party PS1 game couldn't be "converted" to the Wii.

I'd be surprised if we received any multi-disc games, but considering you can safely download N64 games, I'm going to guess that the storage medium is sufficient to store larger titles. The difference between n64 games and ps1 games file sizes can be quite stark, due to the size constraints of n64 cartridges, most games used tonnes of techniques to compress data like image and sound resources (remember the voice compression in lylat wars?) as a result there are no n64 games larger than 30mb, which isn't a huge file these days, ps1 games on the other hand had no such contraints so they are ofter larger files because no compression was necessary. It's still possible but not a sure thing. Pirated ROMs are illegal, but if the emulator uses any patented system coding then there's a chance that it too could be illegal. A bit more work may be required than a straight code dump, but there's no reason why a 3rd party PS1 game couldn't be "converted" to the Wii. This is why i felt that sony would never allow ps1 games on the vc, but if you're suggesting a recompilation of the source for the wii then that takes a lot more work per title than emulation, it is possible tho as you say.

Not to mention that we'd also be robbing Sony of precious precious money by having their games available on our systems (I'm sure some old codger in the basement floor of offices in the Sony HQ considers the PS1 market still active).
Although I would not be adverse to seeing Jet Set Radio Future (an XBox title) on the VC, I doubt it would happen...which is why I'm banking on Jet Grind Radio, since that was Dreamcast.
Now where's mah Dreamcast, Nintendo. WTF. X(

Now where's mah Dreamcast, Nintendo. WTF. X( Why not ask Sega first? Not to mention that we'd also be robbing Sony of precious precious money by having their games available on our systems. How about those precious past moments of "exclusive games"? I'd love to see to see Final Fantasy VII on a console other than the PS1 (I'm not talking about the PS3 tech demo, either). Actually, what I'd like to see is a remake of FFVII for the DS.

I hated FFVII, I'd rather see some of the SNES titles that were remade for PS1. Or translated versions of the ones we didn't get outside Japan, though I think we've probably had them all in some form or other now. I don't really keep an eye on the series.
To be honest, the only post-SNES Final Fantasy I had any fun with was IX, which everyone else seemed to hate.

I'd love the GB/GBC to come out on the VC. Hopefully having the cloning glitch removed and the ability to trade with Diamond/Pearl. Also the Pokemon Stadiums will be kinda useless on the VC if you can't use gameboy games with it.

Personally I'd like to see Virtual Boy titles as well. Though it'll probably never happen considering how few VB games were actually made. And the fact that the VB sunk like a lead balloon.

Also the Pokemon Stadiums will be kinda useless on the VC if you can't use gameboy games with it. Red/Blue/Yellow/Gold/Silver/Crystal trading with any of the later games is never going to happen. The only reason it was taken out in the first place is that in Ruby and Sapphire they completely reworked the way the Pokémon are programmed, which made trading the older, completely different Pokémon data over to the new games impossible.

I'd love to play virtual boy games on the vc, not because I think they'd work well (how do you translate a monochrome 3d game which is projected directed onto your retina into a game which can be displayed on a monitor?) but because i'm too cheap and lazy to bother to get one in decent order with the games i'd want (Mario Tennis, Mario Clash, Wario Land). I don't know how you would expect them to display virtual boy games on the wii, maybe the sensor bar could be used as a visor? But seriously, how do you expect them to display them in psudo-3d with out losing some of the original asthetics? And how will they make you have headaches?

The only problem wwith the PS1 games would be if Sony has any rights over third party material. You have to get the game aprroved by the console manufacturer, so Sony could still haver some hold on it.
Also, I'm hoping for Sega Saturn. Nights all the way!

No, that's not longer how the publisher/console manufacturer relationship works. It used to be... back before the NES was released...
Sony would have hold over the PS branding, which would mean Nintendo is unlikely to announce that a game is a PS game... but the only rights Sony has over the games is a temporary license to use the company's hardware.
