I noticed a SSBM cameo that you don't have listed on the site. I don't know if you even mention things like this, but here it is anyway.
I noticed that Captain Falcon's red outfit (and his Smash 2 trophy) is slightly diffrent from his other one's in that instead of saying "Captain Falcon" on the back, it says "Blood Falcon" on the back with a diffrent logo, making him look just like Blood Falcon.

You may also notice that I haven't put up ANY cameo information for either of the SSB games. It would take one looong session of screen-capturing to pull it off. I could have a go while I still have time off doing anything.
Gotta love that limbo between exams and graduation!

Well, since the topic is already here, I thought I'd mention that the GameBoy Advance Video is also published by Nintendo (at least they have the little red and white Nintendo logo on them), and you don't seem to have them listed.

As far as I'm aware, the Pokemon episodes are published by Nintendo, but not the Nick Toons, etc. But yes, I was planning on putting up a video section.

For your SSBM cameos page, I thought that Mario's green outfit was based on Luigi from Mario Bros., Luigi's red outfit was based on Fire Mario from SMB, Peach's white outfit was Nurse Peach (a Dr. Mario reference), both Links' black outfits were Shadow Link references, and Jigglypuff's crown was a reference to Kirby as Peach. Also, aren't some of Marth and Roy's outfits based on other Fire Emblem characters?

Oh, and Green Kirby appeared in Kirby 64.

Most of that lot makes no sense. Why would Mario and Luigi cameo each other? Besides, the colours aren't right for that at all. And your jigglypuff one is waaaay out there. Peach's white outfit I agree with (and had forgotten about), but I decided against Shadow Link even though that may be what they are. As for green Kirby, he's appeared in a lot more games before Kirby 64, so he's not a Kirby 64 cameo. Remember that SSBM is a sequel to SSB, and most of the colours were reused. I was helped by the fact Nintendo of Japan's SSB coverage had explanations of which colours were cameos and which weren't... so I had much of my work done for me already.

Okay, I knew that Green Kirby wasn't from Kirby 64, I just didn't know his first game. And doesn't the art for Mario Bros show Luigi in yellow overalls (I figured that since Luigi was already green and Mario needed a green outfit, they made Mario wear it. Same with Luigi's red outfit.)? And what's wrong with the Jigglypuff one? Why else would the make another Jigglypuff?
Edit: My mistake. I just looked at the box art for Mario Bros (Jap). For some reason I thought Luigi's outfit was different.

Yeah, the two Pokemon GBA videos are the only GBA videos that are published by Nintendo.
Interesting side note on GBA video, It is NOT compatable with the GBP. Go figure.

I don't know if this is a cameo or not, but I noticed that the Capsul item bares a striking resemblance to the PepBrews from the early Kirby games.

The Pep Brews were bottles of fizzy pop weren't they?
Master Hand and Crazy Hand are minibosses in Kirby & The Amazing Mirror. I'll have to try and grab snaps of them.

....... Y'see, to my eyes they look absolutely nothing like each other. Does anyone else see a similarity?

No, I don't really see any similarity either..
I noticed too that Master and Crazy Hand are in the new Kirby.. I was looking around on some sprite-rip site and saw them there. I wonder if in Kirby they have the same attacks as in SSBM...

Hello! First post here. ;D I always thought Master Hand's attacks were strikingly similar to the attacks used by Wham Bam Rock in Kirby's Fun Pak. It may just be a coincidence, but they seemed too similar to ignore. I don't think the same could be said for Crazy Hand, though. His attacks seem a lot more... spasmic.
