Hey guys, I need some help. I was thinking about getting a new DS game to play whenever. I was kinda on the fence between Zelda Phantom Hourglass, or Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker. I need a really good game, and after looking up reviews, I noticed Dragon Quest scored higher than Zelda, but I've never played a DQ game, and have played almost every Zelda game.
Which of these two would you recommend to me (for those that have played both)?

From what I hear, Zelda is the first "true" second generation DS game. I've got it, but have yet to start playing it. I will fill you in as I do.
Todd use acceptable.

I heard Zelda was too short and easy though. I've seen videos of Dragon Quest and it does look promising, but I just don't know what to expect.
Please do fill me in. I trust you more than "professional" reviewers.

I have heard nothing but good things about Zelda. I think it's safe to say if you thought Wind Waker was short, then this might also feel short. But if that wasn't an issue, then fuck it and get Zelda. You know it's gonna be awesome. It's fucking ZELDA!!!

Well, the best out now (IMO) are MarioKart DS, Animal Crossing WW, Zelda, New Super Mario Bros, and Sonic Rush.
