I will think of
Pokemon Kids Club: Wii-Make
A Wi-Fi Wii-Make of all the mini games from the Pokemon Stadium Series, Pokemon Mini and etc.
Players can use any controller they like including the HORI GameBoy Player Controller. The only unlockables is Intense Mode after palyers win the Kids Club Hard Tournament for 5 points.
Examples: Magikarp's Splash you can press the A button in controllers but for the wii-mote you just tilt it upwards.
Dig, Dig, Dig: For Wii-mote you can use the wii-mote and the chuck controller like a pair of drumsticks.
You guys know what I mean.
My favorite mini games are Sushi Go Round, Clear Cut Challenge, Delibird's Delivery and Topsy Turvy.

I'd love to see Mission in Snowdriftland done with Wii controls... Ice Climber and Duck Hunt upgrades, Duck Hunt being with the Wii Zapper and much like Wii Play of course but with 3D dog and such... Ice Climbers just deserve it.
Perhaps a Tetris title or Puzzle League with wi-fi capabilities, either of them being like big-screen versions of their DS counterparts?

An idea I had for a new mode on a Tetris Wii Ware title was a co-op mode. This would work by having one rotate his controller around to rotate the Tetred (youb would play without the wriststrap on) and the second person would use the D-pad (or anlogue stick depending on controller setup) to move the Tetred around on screen.

I can definitely see a lot of the simpler games becoming WiiWare titles, like how Dr. Mario is. Would love to see Wii Tetris, Wii Mario Paint, etc. etc. Actually, I would bet money that we're getting WiiWare Mario Paint. If they didn't announce that it'd be a major surprise.
Few more ideas:
Mii v2.o-- same as it is now, but with more options. New clothing, like ribbons, ties, hats, etc. Different color options, so I can make a dude with green skin. And more appearance options, so fat people actually look fat and not... weird.
Wii Music Studio-- download songs from your SD card to the system and screw around with them on your Wii. Clip, edit, add effects... whatever. Even upload them to other WiiWare titles and channels!
Super Mario Bros. Wii-- the original SMB with updated graphics, sound, and story. They said that the Wii would see some updated titles return, and so far this has not really been on the VC. Will it be on WiiWare?
Nintendogs Wii-- a simpler WiiWare title than the DS title, you can keep and raise your own cat, dog, hamster, and various other pets in 3D.
