The guy who said that says the info was just made up by him. Also wouldn't the game have 30 online because of the usual 30 racers in F-Zero?

I'm pretty sure the guy who said he made up the info was refering to the weapons comment, not the whole thing. Note no one else repeats the weapons aspect.

Well... if true, I just want to know who is behind it. Sega did a great job with GX/AX, but it was almost TOO fast for my pretty little brain to handle. Maybe tone down the backgrounds a little

ffffffffffffffffffffffff 32 online would be hella rad and pretty much my old dream way back when I was playing F-zero X Missed out on the track builder with that expansion not coming over here an' all so hot damn this would kick ass. 32 would lag like hell though and it all sounds a bit too good to be true :T

Well... I'm glad it's fake.
All other things aside, the name is just very unconvincing. Under influence of some animations using a "Z" after the name, I guess it'd be best too avoid it... because "Z" gives a feel on animations than game.... Plus, the logo design shows nothing of being in Nintendo's style. I can't tell what IS of Nintendo's style, but it gives a feel that it's not.
(precisely, I'm talking on a fan animation called Super Mario Bros. Z; as well as somehting I've just came across called "Powerpuff Girls Z"... I'd say it's kind of copycat, since you know the use of "Z" had been made very popular since... you know, DBZ)
