SMB Deluxe and Pokemon Pinball get honourable mentions...

The Wario Land games are some of my favourite ever GB games, and possibly among my favourite games ever. Wario Land 4 was a bit too much of a departure from the tight gameplay of 2 and 3 for my liking, but was still good (but sadly doesn't feature in my top GBA game list).
