I assume its the final name. It's a Japanese name though, and whether it'll get released outside of Japan, and under what title, is not yet known.

Even with my ingrained British knowledge of soccer (or "football" as we prefer to call it), I don't know what on earth its supposed to mean.

It looks like Nintendo is developing it.
