Oh. I knew that Kirby didn't have color on the GB, but I was confused why NoA would think that he was supposed to be white. Thanks Fry! Kirby was white on the original Kirby's Dream Land boxart. His black + white look in Smash Bros. looks like the original design to me, so I often play with that outfit. Instant nostalgia. ;D |

You may have seen the Nintendo Cereal commercial already. (Those marshmallows sure look like Mario and Link, don't they?  ) Well, I just came across a commercial for the even older Donkey Kong cereal. I used to eat both of these. (I'm such a nerd!) As I recall, DK cereal was pretty much a copy of Cap'n Crunch. Also, here's a Toys 'R' Us commercial for Nintendo games, featuring a father and his son acting out Super Mario Bros and Metroid. |
