www.gametrailers.com/player.php?id=20300&type=movI think this game is a great example of how not to make a game challenging. How many of you guys have played a game that's so hard and realized that it's that hard just to make the game less than an hour long or have people keep playing it? I have, and I feel scammed whenever that happens.

All I can say is dfferent people need different game. If that guy can't stand this thing, then he probably doesn't like Gradius and the like.
Being a not-so-hardcore player, there are tons of stuff too hard for me. I'm the type who can't even get 160 points in Mario Kart Double Dash (150cc, All Cups) or to get an SSS in FE5 or merely clear ALL staes in Sutte Hakkun! So are you sayingthose are bad games? NO!
There are people who like challenging games, and they do indeed have a market. They aren't for me, though, unless they are puzzlers.

He means that things in games that are ALMOST impossible to beat aren't fun at all.
Angry Video Game Nerd (a.k.a. James Rolfe) is probably studying about what video games need and don't need.
