I just finished Famicom Tantei Club Part II and would like to play the original (Part II is a prequel to the original), hence the following questions;
- Is there any site dedicated to text adventure games in general? - ...to Famicom Tantei Club? - Is there any way to play BS Tantei Club? - Any fan transations available? I'm not used to read a chunk of Japanese... (Yet I keep on playing 'em... Never thought storyline games are so interesting!)

I believe that most translators only care about popular titles. They even spend their free time on translating Japanese versions of localized titles like Chrono Trigger and some Final Fantasy titles.
I wish that several translators would translate more Japan-Only Nintendo titles.

Of all those Nintendo published text adventure games, only Famicom Tantei Club Part II (Nintendo Power version) was lucky enough to have one.
And so far I've only seen few translated games. I've seen just FE4 and FE6, and still they don't look smooth and you need to modify the game engine to localize, which translators cannot do. (One major prolem is text width which can make games look ugly.)
I hope Nintendo can take care of this problem and perhaps wii-make them for the VC. This way Nintendo can truly compete with the emulators! ('Cause currently VC is less functional than emulators, and there's a lot emulators can do but not VC! For example, the ghost data of Mario Kart 64 is disabled in the VC version.)
