I am sure the majority of you know that Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels and Sin & Punishment: Successor of the Earth are available on the VC in North America. But what I am concerned about is what if history repeats itself in North America like it did in Europe? You know, these games were available only for a week or two in Europe and then they were dropped off entirely.
I feel for those Europeans who don't have a Wii yet and they would really love to get those two games but now they might never have that chance. And I am concerned that North Americans might face that same fate.

The limited download date only happened to the games, SMB: The Lost Levels and Mario's Super Picross. Not S&P.
But it is sad that they gave us in the PAL terrotories such a small window of oppountity to get them. I would assume they will get released again someday.

Actually, it was only SMB2j. All of the other games are available permanently. And we only got Sin & Punishment last Friday, so it's still available Consider it a treat for those who picked up a Wii within its first year. Just like getting free Internet Channel. It's an early-adopter bonus!

Man, you worried me for a second there. I've been wanting to get Sin & Punishment, but I don't have the cash to buy Wii Points right now. If it got taken down, I'd be a very unhappy panda.

As far as I know, the US isn't doing a time limit on the imports...did think it was kinda sucky to do it to the EU, but hey, Fry has a point.

i've got a feeling that in the not-too-dustant-future I'll be able to sit down and play SMRPG:LoSS, if this is anything to go by (assuming Square allow it of course).
