I was able to get a copy of the GBC version and I must say I love it! It's like Pokémon but with a lot of different strategies. Anyone interested in this game? Or the upcoming DS sequel?
Oh, also, as side question, is anyone here able to read and understand Japanise? Hiragana, Katakana and some Kanji needed. I've been working in a proyect for the Gamehiker Wiki abiut CH, but I can't understand much so I would apreciate any help. ;D

I did not know that there is an upcoming sequel for Nintendo DS.
I made a translation request for the Japanese Card Hero article to translate to the English Card Hero article at Wikipedia.

Oh, It's because I took screenshots for all the creatures and spells (I'm just missing one) that appear, but I can't really understand most of their entries, if anyone is interested in seeing them as a gallery look here: www.gamehiker.com/wiki/index.php?title=Category:Card_Hero_Media and if someone could help me translating we could all have info about this great but often overlooked game. |

I've played a few videogames based on TCGs. Pokemon TCG was pretty fun and Magi-Nation was fun for a while, but got old. I'd give Card Hero DS a shot if it were in a language I understood.

I thought that sequel was old hat, but apparently not. I've known about it for a while *shrugs*
Apparently Card Hero GBC made a lot of cracks about Nintendo, like how Card Hero was losing fans to "Rocket Monsters" and stuff like that. It was also meant to come to NA, but NOA pulled it at the last second. Another Mother 1 kinda event, I figure.

I wish that someone would translate the original Card Hero. Well, we could try doing our own version at least, I know how many of the cards work already and we could just try to fin someone that could translate most of it. Maybe we could play around here! It's more or less easy and quite fun. |
