No no... it's fine for the site. It's just all... well... let's say I never really thought of Doshin as a big, NAKED giant. Yours looks a bit more naked

Pretty good. But no mention of the of the Dachora and the Etecoons? They are Samus' unofficial sidekicks.

I may go back and include them, and Adam, but I left them out intentionally to focus more on Samus.

Uh, Mommy has 3 'M's, not 2.
You know, looking at some of these, I can't help but think some official character art, or some screen shots of the characters would be good - sure, the artwork is great, but fan artwork is really just that person's interpretation of a particular character (sort of like how Fryguy said that he never picture Doshin as a big naked man).
Of course you may not agree with me, but its just my 2 cents.

I am considering it... As for Mommy... I guess it depends where you're from. Flint of Mother 3 happens to be from a country where English is not the first language. I happen to be from a country where "Mom" is a horrible horrible Americanism. So there I was SO impressed when Another Code actually translated it to the word "mum" for us UK players! That's what I call attention to detail.

Sorry I haven't posted in a while--I'm on vacation right now But the Samus bio is really solid; Metroid rocks. When I get the opportunity, I've been meaning to write a blurb on Meta Knight, though where he fits (hero or villain) is something else entirely. He's been more of a badguy than good, but the franchise outside of the games claims he's just "testing" Kirby and whatnot. And the problem with official art, btw, is that a lot of the times you really can't find any that's good quality. It would take forever, for example, to dig up some official art of Bubbles or Takamaru. And who knows if Hector or Tamagon or any characters like that even HAVE official art. The fan art, I think, gives it that nice, extra touch, since the bios are fan written anyways.

Well, here's a Koopa Kids bio. I found it difficult writing about seven characters that we don't even know much about. I tried to find the slightest similarites between games, but only came up with stuff like "Lemmy must like cold temperatures." See what you think, and edit as you see fit:
Bowser introduced his seven children during his hostile takeover of the entire Mushroom World. Realizing it isn't practical to hold down every fort on his own, he deemed it best to put each of his kids in charge of a particular land. He gave them all airships and ordered them to steal the royal magic wands from all of the kings in Mushroom World. They obeyed their father's order, stealing the wands, wreaking havoc and turning all of the kings into various animals.
Larry Koopa, the plainest-looking Koopa kid, appropriately conquered Grass Land, the plainest-looking land in the entire Mushroom World. Morton Koopa Jr., known for the large gray star covering his left eye, took control of the sun-scorched Desert Land. Wendy O. Koopa, Bowser's only daughter, was given her own island paradise in the form of Water Land. The peculiar Giant Land was handed over to the even more peculiar Iggy Koopa. Roy Koopa, known for his hip shades, climbed his way up to the top of the mysterious Sky Land. Lemmy Koopa, a performer who could balance atop a large yellow ball, took over the slippery Ice Land. Finally, Ludwig von Koopa, the family's dark composer, took the treacherous Pipe Land, where piranha plants emerge from almost every corner.
The Mario Bros. decided it was up to them to stop Bowser and his menacing children. One by one, they boarded the airships and sent the Koopa Kids crying for their father. Despite some sneaky attacks, like Wendy's bracelet toss and Lemmy's ball toss, the kids proved no match for the red and green heroes. After they defeated Bowser and his elite army of tanks and battleships, Princess Peach was once again safe and the Mushroom World was returned to normal. Bowser and his children regrouped and started planning their next move.
Luckily, it came to Bowser's attention that Mario, Luigi and Princess Peach were going to be vacationing on Dinosaur Land. The Koopa Kids would have a second chance to prove themselves to their father. With princess-kidnapping to attend to, Bowser ordered his kids to capture the mischievous Yoshis of Dinosaur Land and to trap them inside eggs. He knew what trouble those chirpy dinos could be. Again, each kid was given a particular location to control. The crazed Iggy was given Yoshi's Island, the starting point for Mario and Luigi. Morton, like last time, was given the second location, the vast Donut Plains. Lemmy, obviously a lover of cold climates, was given the icy Vanilla Dome. Ludwig, being the lonely artist that he is, was placed atop Cookie Mountain to compose Koopa symphonies in peace. Roy took charge of the Forest of Illusion where he hoped to trap Mario and Luigi within a puzzling and haunting maze. Wendy, the most spoiled of the Kooplings, was given the delicious Chocolate Island. Finally, Larry was placed in front of Bowser's castle as a last line of defense. Unfortunately, Bowser’s plans again went awry as his kids were picked off one by one. But their skills were definitely improving as their attacks became more individuated. Iggy and Larry chose to face off against Mario and Luigi upon an unstable island atop a pool of lava. Morton and Roy, taking advantage of their weight, tried crushing the Mario Bros. from above by falling from the ceilings of their respective castles. Lemmy and Wendy took their love of games and created a pipe challenge with decoys in order to confuse and defeat the pesky plumbers. Ludwig, the most unique Koopa Kid, fought with a spinning shell attack and fire breath hot enough to make his father proud. Licking their wounds, the Koopa Kids all decided to work on improving their skills until Bowser decided to call upon them again.
The Koopa Kids did indeed make a much anticipated third appearance, but it was during fairly odd circumstances. Their father, after suffering amnesia in the Beanbean Kingdom, became possessed by the spirit of an evil witch named Cackletta, who then started calling herself Bowletta. She kidnapped Princess Peach with hopes of using her voice on the kingdom's Beanstar in order take over the realm, but Mario and Luigi quickly foiled those plans. In a final coup, she took Bowser's Castle into the sky and launched an aerial assault on the Beanbean Kingdom. Mario and Luigi hitched a ride up to the castle only to once again face off against the Koopa Kids. Iggy struck first with a dizzying spin that quickly disoriented the brothers. He then fought hard with a cyclone attack, but he was soon defeated. Morton hit next, putting his weight into the attack. He sent shockwaves toward Mario and Luigi who had to time their jumps just right in order to begin their offensive, which ultimately proved successful and led to Morton's fall. Then came Lemmy, surrounding himself with decoys and forcing the brothers into guessing which was one was real. His defeat was avenged by his brother Ludwig, who seemed to have perfected his spinning shell attack to achieve maximum damage. But the Mario Bros. proved too much for him. Roy waited patiently after Ludwig's demise. He created a simu block puzzle in hopes of stumping Mario and Luigi and to keep them from advancing. It didn't work out, so he was forced to fight. Borrowing his brother Morton's shockwave attack, he made the brothers jump for their lives, but he too failed. Wendy came next with a pipe challenge similar to her last one. Once she was knocked from the pipes, she fought with ring-shaped attacks like she had back on Water Land, but this was not enough. After she struck out, Larry stepped up to bat, again the last line of defense. He used a tennis technique to keep his fire flying continuously at Mario and Luigi, but they hit back hard, and he ultimately lost the battle.
The Koopa Kids do keep getting stronger in between their fights with the Mario Bros., but it never seems to be enough. Maybe next time, if there is a next time, they will finally come through for the old man.

The Japanese boxart is usually a good place to start. I've built up quite a collection of images - of varying quality - of Nintendo's most obscure stars... Tamagon, Bubbles, Takamaru... even the guy from Time Twist.

On the Koopa Kid bio: Yeah, there's Yoshi's Safari to add. I'm sure someone here would be willing to give you a bio for that. I completed it once, but I don't remember what the story was Also, with SMB3-SMW... I think the links between the two are slightly different: The Koopas escaped from the Mushroom World, but crashlanded in Dinosaur Land - where they promptly took over, imprisoning the Yoshies. Other than that... good stuff
