Suh-weet, Fry! That's a series I'd love to see redone on the Rev; the SNES game is a blast to play! (and no, i didn't intend the pun...)

Would it be okay if a wrote bio thing for Tin Star from the SNES game Tin Star? I'd draw him too but I kind of stink. I'm not 100% sure on Tin Star. Is it a Nintendo series or is it a Software Creations series? The title screen doesn't say "licensed to Nintendo" or anything like that... just says plain ol' "Nintendo", which for a SNES game probably means Nintendo own the rights to it or something. Oh, and YL... Tin Star is a west-only Super Scope game for the SNES. Quite a good one, at that. If I remember rightly the instruction booklet only credits Nintendo, but it has been a few mounts since I looked at it.

I think the only time Software Creations is mentioned is during the credits. So what the hey... we'll include Tin Star as an honorary Nintendo character. Hey, he DOES have his own NinDB banner after all I wanna draw him now

The copyrights are always tricky, for example right now I think Nintendo owns the rights to Eternal Darkness unless they sold the property back just like they did with Banjo-Kazooie. Nice pic of Mike by the way fry, I always forget that the character that appears on your status bar in battle cash is supposed to be you.

Just to prove I'm actually working on it, here's what I've got so far on my Wario drawing: I know, he's still missing hair (and not to mention, a body). But actually, I'd call this project about half-done, time-wise. It's always the faces that slow me down. While I was at it, I sketched up a Waluigi drawing as well. A page on him would say, what, 4 sentences? But it might be cool to have him on there, since he's such an underdog and all. Tell me what you think. Later, everyone! PS: Not to be too bossy, but maybe you should update the list on the first page, Fryguy.

Maybe I should, Haunter.... maybe I should..... Love the Wario. I often find it's the poses that slow me down. I want them to look vaguely interesting, but I've never been a perspective master. I'm getting there. I always do Wario in his double-peace sign pose.

I'm on a roll. Here's another pic! Professor Hector from Stack-Up and Gyromite... accompanied by his beloved ROB the Robot.

Fry-- are you using Photoshop to color these? Just out of pure curiousity. And do you outline them on the comp, or after you sketch them?

Sketch in pencil, ink them in pen (the thicker outlines mean I just go back over them). I scan them at 200% size into Photoshop - separate the outlines from the background using the magic wand and layer tools - colour in on a separate layer under the outline - maybe (but not usually) do the background on a third layer...
Then save the original, flatten, resize, and save as a JPEG into the Nintendo Stars folder.
Now you know ALL my secrets.

And I thought the secret was in the Easternmost Peninsula...
Thanks for fielding that question
