I'm sorry if this breaks the "rule" in a ruleless place (no extra rules added to those basically used on most forums) like this, but I'd like to make a request for some Flash arts. My concern about the rules is that this is not the right place as I'm not actually posting any artworks.... yet.
The whole thing goes like this:
I've came up with some ideas about (duh) Paper Mario TTYD. (You know I'm obessed with IntSys these days - probably for at least some weeks before I change my love for some other companies) Although I do think I'm up to it, but I'd like to have someone else to help me on the artwork department, as I'm not good at all when it comes to static artwork. I could compile them to animation easily, but I just can't draw on my own well.
And currently, I would like to have vector, Flash-compatible versions of artwork of Mario, Luigi, Toadette, Goombella and Vivian, all in Paper Mario style. And I would also like to have Lucius, an FE7 character, to be in Paper Mario style, in Flash format.
Here are a few notes about it:
- I would post the final work here, and if any original author(s) would not like to see the art in my final work, persumably because of the style, my work this time won't be totally family-friendly (under US's tight standard, anyway) at all (maybe at a 12+ level, I don't know), although not graphical or audio-wise, the concerned author(s) can ask me to remove their work (I'll replace them with other's or my own). You know what I mean if you read my recent posts.
- All authors concerned would be credited. And because of that, if your work consists of any 3rd party creation, notify me about the authors concerned.
- I hope to see FLA, FH* (FreeHand) or importable SWF versions of your works if you do it. Although I may be able to read other formats, don't expect me to be able to read the, 100% accurately.
- If possible and if it doesn't bother, please seperate the character into parts, just like it does in the original PM:TTYD game.
- I may, or may not, use the works given to me finally. However, rejected work authors will be credited as well (unless your work is really, intentionally bad).
And finally, I'd like to give my deepest thank if you do help on my project.
EDIT: Ugh... by saying seperating parts for the art, I don't mean that it has to be like this one... This is FAR too detailedly seperated. Just detatch the arms and heads is fine...
