Also Jr. Troopa from the N64 game has a cameo appearance in the game (in Zip Toad's letter).

Yeah, there's a few references to Paper Mario 1. I'm not putting them up... at least not right away. I'm going to play through Paper Mario 1 again before I do that (and in order to do that, I need to find a PAL copy of it that isn't selling for... ONE MILLION DOLLARS!)
