In the Dutch Nintendo magazine [N]Gamer I read about an interview with Kiyoshi Mizuki (developer from Nintendo EAD) that Kazumi Totaka made the background music of the Wii shopping channel. Also he said that there is a secret download animation of Mario and Luigi swimming through the screen and he hinted at the possibility that it will be possible to download arcade games from the channel.
