I just discovered this one. When in a sub level your Pikmin will wing the Luigi's Mansion theme.

I have heard this cameo several times before, but I've never actually heard it myself (and yes, I have played the game quite thoroughly). Can you be any more specific?

I heard about this one too.
Went to IGN and found this.
"Hint: Another Pikmin Song
If you bring 20 of each color Pikmin with you, the song they hum will be the hit song from the Japanese commercial for Pikmin. It will work both in the main levels and in the caverns where it will replace the Luigi's Mansion theme they otherwise like to sing."
Now all you need is the Japanese commerical for Pikmin.

If my memory serves correct, that would be the Ai no Uta song... which also appears as a Distant Planet song in Brawl  I need to track down these commercials. One of the Fire Emblem themes also seems to have been lifted from the Fire Emblem commercials. |

In any underground sub level after got all the treasures in that sub level and have at least ten Pikmin with you of any color you hear it.
