Myst for the DS! Did anyone hear about this? Because the first I knew about it was seeing it on the shelf in my local Game all of a sudden!

I only know the game by reputation as a very good Point-and-Click adventure. Has anyone here played the original? Is it worth buying?

I've only played the original PC version. I've hardly heard anything about the DS version beyond its existence.

I played Myst before when I was in middle school. For whatever reason, the game totally freaked me out. I might like it if I played today. Anyway, from what I've read, the smaller display makes the control difficult and some of the sound and animation has been cut out. It sounds like you'd be better off with Myst: Masterpiece Edition or realMYST.
