I think it's time for us to consider adding the number of players added to all game pages. Some other information, such as download play, GC-GBA / 64-GBC connection (well the site has that!), GC save memory - blocks needed, GC Lan-enabled number of players, number of Game Paks needed for handheld games... all that sort of things. Oh, Super Game Boy support info as I mentioned before, also.
Well, you can say I'm trying to make the site become a "buyer's guide" that people can consider these info before buying, but I think these facts are quite vital.
(Note: Rating could be omitted, however)
(Notice: If this kind of information is added to the pages, be aware that the rumor of Kirby Air Ride be playable by 8 players is INCORRECT. The maximum or racers that can be appeared in per game, is 4, regardless of LAN enabled or not. Also, for Mario Kart: Double Dash!!, the maximum number of players is 16, not 8.)...Well, this may not be the correct place to say all these.

Interesting. The number of players and connectivity/peripherals is easy enough... but for things like memory card blocks and all that, simply point me in the right direction. I get my stuff off my game boxes, and I don't own ALL the games... yet

Nintendo website (DON'T go to NoA, I'm talking about www.nintendo.co.jp !) has all information about the memory blocks taken by each GameCube and Nintendo Power game. But if the game is "overseas only" then.... I don't know.

But sometimes the different versions have different amounts of blocks, though - Metroid Prime is 3 in PAL territories and 2 in US if I'm not mistaken. Not sure if there are any other cases.

YoungLink are there any sites that explain it in English as unfortunately my ability at understanding Japanese is at best nonexistent? Sorry, but I'm unlikely being able to help. Nintendo's hopepage has accurate information. To see the number of players, go to the system's page, enter the page of each game (click on the boxart / title), and find ƒƒ‚ƒŠ[ƒJ[ƒhŽg—pƒuƒƒbƒN” for memory block numbers, and ƒvƒŒƒCl” for the number of players. Note that for some games like Super Mario Sunshine and Pikmin 2, the number of players is not listed on the game page.

And make sure you right click on this window, go to "Encoding" and change it to "Japanese" to view these characters correctly before searching for them.
My Japanese isn't good at all, but you can still pick up quite a bit of hard information from Nintendo's Japanese website. I suggest you learn a bit of Katakana at least, as that alphabet is only used to translate English or other non-Japanese words anyway... so once you've got the sounds down you can pick up keywords at a pinch.

Ugh.... ya, change the encoding. For Firefox users, go to View (of the menu), Character Encoding, More Encodings, East Asian, Japanese (Shift_JIS).
Not that hard, guys, just look for keywords like ƒƒ‚ƒŠ[ƒJ[ƒh (Memory Card), ƒuƒƒbƒN (Block), ƒvƒŒƒC (Play, you may not know what this mean by the first glance, but if you see "1" or "1~4" after this, it's obvious)
Well, for the number of players, LAN-enabled or not, I thhink I should be able to work for you for SF, GC and DS games. Need help?
