Ooo...
This is a goody, but a toughy...
I guess from the Mario series I'd have to say:
- Magikoopas (in their various colours in various games)
- Shyguys (in their various forms and colours in various games)
From the Zelda series:
- Darknuts (those cool armored guys in TWW)
- Wizzrobes (especially in TWW and LttP)

I love the sounds those Miniblins from the Wind Waker make, those guys crack me up ;D
I like Chain Chomps too, also because of the sound they make...
Other than those I can't really think of any... But if I could choose a favourite villain it would definately be Bowser: he was really funny in Paper Mario: TTYD ;D

Oh man... Great topic!  I am seriously in love with the Wizzrobes in Wind Waker. I mean, magical, laughing toucans! How fuggin' awesome is that?! Boo Buddies, Rex, Magikoopas, Koopa Troopas, Dangerous Ducks, Blargg... I think pretty much every Mario enemy, especially the ones in Yoshi's Island, has been a favorite at some point in my life  Not to mention the creepier Zelda enemies, like Wallmasters and Gohma, and the Reaper and Eggplant Wizard in Kid Icarus *nod* But, I think the award for the number one Nintendo baddie, in my book, goes to Metroids. They're the freakiest, and as realistic and serious as you can get |
