Hmm, I know a lot of people have been suggesting Wind Waker stages in other threads...but here's an idea...
Great Sea You start out fighting on clouds over the Great Sea. Cel-Shaded Link is on the King of Red Lions, in a cyclone (Since a lot of people don't want him as a character). He will play the song that warps you around to different locals on the Great Sea. Similar to Delfino Square, when you get to an area, such as Forbidden Fortress, or Dragonroost Island, etc...the clouds will disappear and you will fight there.
And if Cel-Shaded Link becomes a character, the two frogs can warp you around.

Chozodia from Metroid: Zero Mission - It takes place on the surface of Planet Zebes (finally a Planet Zebes stage that is not inside the planet).
Super Mini Mario World from Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2: March of the Minis - It takes place at the amusement park but the stage layout is similar to the first level in the original Donkey Kong arcade.
Meowth's Party from Pokemon Channel (even though the game was cancelled, it was still in Pokemon Channel) - It takes place in a huge concert stage surrounded by many Pokemon (some which will attack the stage just like the Pokemon in Saffron City in SSB64). It is a simple stage with two moving platforms on the sides.
Great Sea from The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker - The stage is set on Tetra's pirate ship. The ship sails past several islands as it is attacked by cannon ships, cannon pillars, giant squids, and cyclones. Additional platforms are on the sides of the ship - King of Red Lions is in front of the ship and Beedle's Shop Ship is behind the ship - the mast is also a platform!

I just want a friggen Wave Race stage, something like Southern Island where you fight on the piers and the huts built on them, near that jump for example. Hazards could be the sea-level rising/lowering thing going on around that island. If the sea-level rose above the pier itself it would slow down characters considerable so you'd better avoid it by jumping on one of two or so huts. Another hazard could be something with the weather: heavy rainfall decreasing jump height for example.... That or jumping Wave Racers/Whales body slamming the crap out of characters. I was actually having big hope Wave Race would get a stage because, hey, Animal Crossing got one. 'And it's not like they'll have a fighter either.' and then I saw that Famitsu AC Fighter rumour thread

I noticed that a lot of the stages announced in Brawl are homes to Brawl newcomers and SSB64 veterans.
Battlefield = none Delfino Plaza = Mario Yoshi's Island = Yoshi Lylat Cruise = Fox Bridge of Eldin = Link Smashville = supposedly the home stage of a playable Animal Crossing character Rumble Falls = Donkey Kong Skyworld = Pit Castle Siege = Ike WarioWare = Wario Pokemon Stadium 2 = Pokemon Trainer Battleship Halberd = Meta Knight Shadow Moses Island = Snake
So all that's left to be revealed are: Zero Suit Samus's stage (likely based off Metroid: Zero Mission, maybe Chozodia?) Diddy Kong's stage (maybe based off Donkey Kong 64 or hopefully DKC2, Gangplank Galleon or Lost World) Lucas's stage (it's obvious his stage will be based off Mother 3, maybe his hometown?) Kirby's stage (maybe one based off Kirby & the Amazing Mirror) Pikachu's stage (Pokemon Mystery Dungeon seems likely) Samus's stage (maybe one based off Metroid Prime?) Zelda's stage (the new Hyrule Castle, TP-style?) Bowser's stage (Bowser's Castle?) Peach's stage (Vibe Island from Super Princess Peach?) Ice Climbers's stage (the new Icicle Mountain or the top of the mountain?)
Oh, yes, and don't forget the Mario Kart stage.

If Luigi's playable, then I would like to see a Luigi's Mansion stage, complete with Garbage Ghosts throwing banana skins.
I'd also like to see some 'classic' levels make a return such as, Saffron City, Mushroom Kingdom and Hyrule Castle from SSB and Rainbow Ride, Big Blue and Super Flatzone from SSBM.

QFT all the way around. I agree 100% with the Luigi's Mansion stage and your choices for Retro Stages.

Oh god, I hope there's a Bowser's Castle stage. That would be ocular sex. Bowser needs love, damn it! There should be Thwomps, Magikoopas and Chain Chomps in the level as hazards. It would be awesome.

It would be awesome. I imagine Thwomps smashing the stage and flattening the characters, Magikoopas turning blocks into generic Nintendo enemies (Goombas, Redeads, Polar Bears, etc.), and Chain Chomps dropping from the sky just like in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island.

And the music that would play would be the Bowser music from Mario 64 I think.

And the music that would play would be a medley of the Bowser music from SMB3, SMW and Mario 64 I think. Fixed again.
