My guess is Pokemon Stadium. It's to early in the week for something Epic.

Hey, we got Devil on a Tuesday.
Anyways, I love the Barnes reference. Also, it's like a modified TP Link model, Aonuma's team must have done very well on this if the interview is true.
I imagine then, the Hero's Bow fires arrows like Link does in-game, and they perhaps are less powerful as Pit has his Sacred Bow.

Oh Link. As one of the first characters introduced, he finally gets his moves shown.

We'll get a stage tomorrow. Don't ask for my source. You won't be disappointed. OMG CAN YOU CONFIRM THE NUMBER OF CHARACTERS SO WE CAN COMPARE THEM TO THE NUMBER OF AVAILABLE SPACES SO THEY MAKE PRETTY PATTERNS? Okay, I kind of hate to admit it but this made me laugh out loud. My guess is Pokemon Stadium. It's to early in the week for something Epic. Seeing as that stage is almost certainly "Past Stages: Pokemon Stadium" at this point, and you had to unlock all the Past Stages in Melee, I wouldn't be too sure. Who knows though, maybe we'll get some right off the bat this time. In any case I think we're going to get a stage we haven't seen yet. We haven't seen a new stage in such a long while, so we've gotta be getting something cool. My money's on something Metroid or Wario themed, but I wouldn't be surprised if we got a Kirby stage (either the Halberd or something totally new) instead. By the way, there are now only three stages from the trailers that we haven't seen on the Dojo. Mario Circuit, Halberd, and Snake's stage. Snake and his stage have both been mysteriously absent since the site's launch, and we haven't seen a single screen from Mario Circuit either, so they're probably unlockable. Actually, now that I think about it... with the exception of screens from Subspace Emissary, we haven't seen the Halberd as a Vs mode stage yet, have we? Hm. EDIT: Four stages still uncovered on the Dojo, not three, duh! Totally forgot about Stadium when I was talking about it like two minutes ago. How did that happen?

But it could also be a redesign like Melee's Brinster we've seen a million screens of it already it makes since for it to be announced at this point.

Link has the Clawshot! Woohoo! Definitely a nice update.
The layout for Brinstar between both Smash64 and Melee changed, though. So far the new Stadium looks identical to the old one, cosmetic changes aside. I have to be honest, Stadium was probably my third least favorite level in SSBM due to how bland it and its transformations were, and the fact that it was based on the Stadium games to begin with (never been a fan of them). So I'm hoping that the level either gets cut from the final game, and we see a Pokémon level based on an actual area in the core series, or that if they ARE reviving the stage concept from last time they really do something incredible with it.

Yeah, I'd like to see more Pokemon levels like Saffron City in the first SSB. It was awesome fighting on the rooftops and such. Also the various flying Pokemon flying through the sky was also a nice touch...so were the Pokemon who came out of the building! That was such an awesome level.

The problem with the past stages. Thye all kind of sucked. Where was Peach's Castle or Saffron City. Even the enormus Great Fox wold have been nice. The franchise we've seen that are mssing stages are Wario's, Metroid, Pokemon, Kirby, F-Zero and Mother/Earthbound. As well as any other franhcise that is new or we haven't seen (Ice Climbers ). WQe have yet to see a Metroid course at all, so I'm not sure where you found those screens. I think Pokemon will be the next one, but Metroid is possible too.

I think the Metroid stage may pop up next week. Since Corruption's on its way out in the U.S. next Tuesday...that's my guess.

As far as stages go, watch Sakurai whip out the Solid Snake stage to unsuspecting fanboys.
(If I'm right, we're all gonna get laid tomorrow.)

It's kind of funny that we missed this one given that it's the update in question for this topic. It shows that the Halberd stage is at least still there.
