The Cloaking Device (or something similar), Bunny Hood and Metal Box were all kinda confirmed in that update about the multiplayer battle mode options.
Although I doubt it'll be the Perfect Dark item.

I'm most looking forward to the Superspicy Curry. That's gonna be fun... especially if the classic music from Kirby's Dream Land kicks in. It doesn't even need to be updated - the classic 8-bit tunes captured that perfectly.

I don't see why the Superspicy curry won't have the theme song with it. After all, it's a powerup item that lasts a limited amount of time.... and has it's own music. It should absolutely have it's music.
Do you see Kirby's expression after hes slipped on a banana peel? I wonder, is that a custom animation for that item or are they just taking very clever screenshots? If they are custom... that means there are going to be some hilarious animations for people slipping on banana peels. (Like Donkey Kong)
Is Diddy's expression also a custom one in the curry update? I mean... we don't know Diddy's animations at all, but I don't see why he would be doing that if the item didn't cause it.
Also if an item isn't 100% confirmed you should probably include it in your list but in parthenthesis or something. I've been keeping track myself and made a list like that.

I'd figured the Cloaking Device would be replaced by Metal Gear's Stealth Camo. Hadn't thought of the Vanish Cap, though. I think I'd actually prefer that.

Since there's a "Curry" status now in Special Brawl, then there's the possibility that the Superspicy Curry won't have its own theme song.
