A recent Konami event revealed 4 new SSBB screenshots.     The first two screenshots seem to show a codec conversation between Snake and Colonel Campbell... probably like a briefing, detailing Snake's opponents. And the fourth screenshot shows the home run bat and Mr. Saturn! How cool.

Snake is grabbing a Cypher in the Rumble Falls screen, possibly his recovery move.
The bat seems straight from Mario Baseball: It has a mushroom emblem in the sweetspot, like the ones used by the mushroom people in that game.

Awww... The Homerun Bat's not original anymore. Oh well... I guess everything needs to become a Mario item SOMEDAY.
I love that Snake has such a kickass recovery move, and he gets briefed on his opponents. Snake's story for Adventure mode is tomorrow's update! XD

It is Delfino Square - but its a new landing point for Delfino Square. So now we know 3 (front area where statue was, steps near the back of the marketplace, rooftops) and can assume a 4th (top of the shine monument).
Oh yeah, and regarding Snake - "Feels like I'm wearing nothing at all! Nothing at all! NOTHING AT ALL!"

I'm not sure you could see it well, but I beleive another landing point was the east side of town (where the vendors are set up). I think Diddy's update has a screen shot that looks like it.
I wasn't really digging Snake, but now I'm for him. Maybe just seeing him in action again makes me warm up to him. That..........................and that sweet can >.>

It's a nice to see some current pictures of Snake in SSBB. It's also good to know that Mr Saturn and the Home Run Bat are returning.
