If Peach & Bowser have to say something, they will probably speak it with and use an English subtitle akin to Super Mario Sunshine. Bowser won't talk. Mario Sunshine had horrible voice acting that did not represent the characters well. Bowser's voice in that game sounded like the game was only geared towards children. The Bowser in Brawl is less cartoony and childish than he was in Sunshine, therefore he will not get the Sunshine treatment. If anything, he looks like the Bowser from Mario Galaxy (in the screenshots) and will talk depending on that game. |

I actually really hope that Bowser and DK have their current voices this time, rather than just animal noises. They wouldn't need to say actual words, just... grunts and laughs, like they have in pretty much every other game these days. I didn't like that Melee made Bowser seem like a mindless creature.
I also hope Luigi has his proper voice this time, instead of just being a pitched-up Mario.

In Mario Kart Double Dash, Bowser said his name when selected in a very gruff and garbled voice. Something like that might suit him well is he's just to grunt and laugh. |

Please no Mario Sunshine Bowser. I really didn't care for that casting decision.

His acting wasn't so good in Sunshine, but I think Scott Burns' Bowser improved a lot over the games following it.

Lylatwars and RPG's aside, I'm no fan of dialogue boxes cropping up in games. Oh, and as for Bowser's voice acting in Sunshine, I found that particulary cringe-inducing. I don't see any reason why he needs voice acting anyway, apart from a couple of grunts and roars.

Oh, I don't think he'll talk. But I do hope he has a voice during fights, instead of just sound effects.

I wanted to throw up after hearing Bowser Jr's voice  Bowser's known for his grunts and growls, I think Sunshine was just an experiment to test how the audience would react to voice acting. |

Duck Hunt Dog as an AT would be perfect to use Duck Hunt's "Fly Away" text every time the fighters are shot off the stage, prompting the dog to come out laughing at the fighters' demise.
