Then again, I couldn't make out the music at all in the Norfair video I watched. I heard some pieces of the Theme of Super Metroid.

Peach's Final Smash is disappoingly lame. Meta Knight's Final Smash is insanely cheap. Sonic's Final Smash is cheap, too. Link's entrance is lame. Bowser's entrance is lame. Advance Wars AT. It is cool they are in GBA sprites. But the way they do in one of the vidoes I saw yesterday made them look lame. Little Mac AT. This is so disappointing! Peach's FS is so lame! This whole game is lame and cheap and disappointing!!! I'm boycotting it right now!!! 8O

Oy vey, Young Link trying to ruin my credibility ;p
Some people might be worried Star KOs and such might disappear, I figured.
And yeah, I heard that the Norfair music is Samus's theme from Super Metroid as well--which is AWESOME

I thought Peach's FS was a good point of Balance. You have the chose to either heal up, or wail on your foes. You only have so long beforeb they wake up so you have to decide quick, and be chossy. You could try and KO them all, but they may come back quick enought to eat your food, ro not die. It's 100% balanced. Meta-Knight's isn't to bad. It can be a complete dud, so the player has to set it up. As such, it means you might be able to knock it out of him.
Sucks Mac is an AT.

Hey Flip. Which video/article did you see the Metroid Assist Trophy? I can't find it myself.

Hey Flip. Which video/article did you see the Metroid Assist Trophy? I can't find it myself. IGN's Hands On mentions it. It's linked right off the mainpage still, I believe.

I know I haven't said anything in this thread yet, but it's been excellent and handy. Thank you Flip I'm now on a video hunt. Some of the video links in the other thread are down now. I just wanted to point out, Norfair doesn't scroll at all. The platforms are fixed, and lava rises up from the bottom and the sides to engulf different bits of the stage. The background remains static. I'm loving all the footage, and I LOVE that entrances are back! I called it!! And, of course, Urchin (item, not assist - it just drops out of the air). That's some obscure fun right there. The best part is that they chose the Clu Clu Land urchin rather than Mario, Zelda or Kirby urchins.

parrothead1983 used to tell me there were sea urchins in one of the games with Professor Vector or Hector, too. Those aren't fuzzy like these ones, right?
P.S.: I also applaud this thread and invite you guys to keep giving spoiler alerts in the thread titles when necessary.

I am so disappointed that Little Mac's an AT. I wanted him as a playable character (though I have to admit that it was a bit of a stretch). Well, better yo be an AT than not be in at all.

Not "fuzzy" at all... in fact they're square robot heads with spikes coming out of all sides. ;D I think it's safe to say... everything in this board is going to be a spoiler.

Did anybody see how that Smart Bomb worked? It is like, buy one Smart Bomb, get one free KO.

Thanks for all the appreciation guys, but seriously: add your own observations and findings too. I don't wanna take all the credit (and I hope I'm not coming off like I am ;p)
I fixed the Norfair bit (I thought it scrolled, but I guess not) and fixed Zamus's FS. Apparently it's not her ship that she summons; she does a variant of the Crystal Flash where she glows with energy and "regrows" her suit. It has light damage and knockback, but she is more or less invincible. This has been repeated a few times, so I'm taking this to be more accurate.

Just thought I'd tell you that in one of the movies Link becomes invisbile, but I can't tell what the cloaking device looks like.
