Oh man, Koopa clan causing shit in smash world makes me think of King Dedede with his Waddle Dee army probably marching around somewhere aswell and when those 2 armies meet I expect bronto guts and koopa heads to fly. |

Hmm. It's possible Bowser is likewise aligned with the Subspace Army, and he's used the bananas to draw DK and Diddy out? Maybe so the Subspace Army can detonate one of those bomb-warp-things in the middle of the Kongo Jungle uninterrupted.
Come to think of it, it looks like the S.A. is doing that thing that comic book villains do when they team up--siccing villains from another comic series onto a hero who has an enemy also in the team. You know? Sorta like if Lex Luthor had the Joker fighting Green Lantern or something. Because so far the two major Mario villains, Bowser and Wario, have been confronting groups that are largely not Mario characters (DK and Diddy for Bowser, Kirby and Zelda or Peach for Wario). So maybe, like, Ganondorf will confront Fox and Mewtwo would be overseeing making Link and Yoshi miserable.
