Reading though, the person seems to know his/her stuff. So, it's a little more believable. Still rumor, but chances are (and we have info to back it) that it's true.

I've got a ton of dual-sided DVDs; Weird Al Yankovic's UHF, at least one of the Ninja Turtles and Ghostbusters movies, some Star Wars original trilogy things I picked up...they're more common (and more annoying) than you think. It's so hard to keep those sumbitches clean. X_o

Hmm...that may be an alternate costume, seeing as there's an "evil" color scheme for everyone now. I can see that happening.

I've seen their roster, and trust me, it sucks, there's almost nothing new, and they said they're not listing the unlockable characters for whatever reason. They had one large pic that showed the character select screen and here's the listing of their appearance from left to right on the screen.

There were three pictures at the bottom of the page that had images from Subspace Emissary, some good news and some kinda lame:

-There is a scene that looks like Samus and Mario fighting Ridley on a flat stage with lava around (not the Norfair stage though), but Ridley is HUGE, and he has a health percentage (Like Master Hand). Obviously a boss T-T
That REALLY ticked me off.

-The second picture was Fox and Krystal on side scrolling stage fighting robots (The Subspace Army?) and the Sharpclaws from Starfox Adventures (I think that's what their called).

-The last pic looked like an FMV cutscene with a shadowy figure about to fight Mario on the nighttime Battlefield stage. It looks like a new character but he looks like he's in the same standing stance as Luigi from Melee.



And that's all there was.
Not much stuff that's shocking (Krystal and Captain Falcon were pretty much shoe-ins), although the debunking of Ridley pisses me off big time. Altogether not a very revealing article.

What's the purpose of starting hobo rumors like these anyway? Because it really pisses me off. Notice how when he's confronted about it being fake, he makes no reply, and later says he has no scanner...bah.

...Nonetheless, if this WERE true, it would be pretty awesome. I wouldn't mind Ridley as a boss, and seeing the Sharpclaws would be cool. But why would there be four random select boxes?

Sorry folks, it really is complete garbage that I whipped out of my head after reading someone's thread.

By the way, I only listed 4 "Static Boxes", and I only "assumed" they were random. Of course, I didn't really assume anything as much as I actually saw the article. My little trick was as flawless as it could have been! Good show good show darlings!

After seeing that there should really be only one random space on the actual screen. There should only be two to keep the screen symtrical. Sort of how SSBM did it with it's (hidden) random spaces.

Four is just to many for one screen.

For one, I think it's an extreme boredom, but, you also have to be a complete douchebag. The people who make these things like to see people believe them and laugh in their facwe. However, like with PS3 Ebay auctions, they have been over flooded, and these rumors no longer produce lulz.

I think most Brawl crazy fans are way past the point of believing rumors.

A long time ago, it was all we had to hold on to. But now things are different. Most of us are wiser, more cautious, less niave, and most importantly more aware of the amount of fools out there who just do it for the lulz.

Daily weekday updates. That's what we go by now, and nothing more.
