Another thing that might mean Marth is playable is the upcoming Fire Emblem title for the Nintendo DS. Sakurai said he can advertise upcoming titles by adding the main character of it in SSBB. When did he say that? When he said that he would add Takamaru if there is another game starring him underdevelopment or recently released (excluding the Famicom Mini version).

In this video at 0:53 Ike uses what appears to be a Bowser Jr Assist Trophy which unfortunalty after just jumps straight off into the gap on the Bridge of Eldin. Here's some images of the object, the red thing in the second image is King Dedede with a name above his head.

Actually, watching the video... it does look like Knuckle Joe. I can see his hair flapping in the wind as he falls. Jr.'s spikes wouldn't do that.

When he said that he would add Takamaru if there is another game starring him underdevelopment or recently released (excluding the Famicom Mini version). BZZT! LEAP OF LOGIC! And besides: he also never wanted to add Pit, from what I understand, until he noticed how many people wanted him via game sales and fan commentary. He thought Kid Icarus was a forgotten game. Nazo's GBA rerelease not only sold better than Kid Icarus's, Metroid's, and a few others but Takamaru is also in a similar position to Pit--highly requested. If you believe the leakers, however, Takamaru (along with a lot of other really popular choices) will have to wait for the next game. I, personally, would rather live in ignorance until I see if he's in for myself.

I, personally, would rather live in ignorance until I see if he's in for myself. Kind of straying from your point here, but I feel the same way about Star Fox characters in Brawl now, especially recently; a lot of people seem to be putting their weight on Wolf joining the Brawl when he hasn't been nearly this popular two months ago. Maybe it's just me, but Krystal and Falco are much higher up on the pecking order; Wolf, I believe, would follow after them in both importance and combat-readiness, and people seem eager to want him in Brawl only because he's a villain.
Besides, Wolf's only distinguishing traits from anything Fox does on foot is his dodge in Assault's multiplayer, where he dashes to the right or left while turning invisible and intangible, which is really not that different from the Fox Illusion in Melee and Brawl; he, like Falco, would need to be completely reinvented and may probably use the arsenal found in Assault as the basis of a new moveset, which puts both characters on level footing for that point. In which case, I believe Falco has the upper hand, but...we'll see, I guess.
[/tangent.]

Listening to the SSE video, I can kinda hear the SMB3 Airship music playing while Kirby fights Petey. Sick! >XD
Also, it sounds like the Delphino Plaza music will shift partway through the match to include the "Ridin' Yoshi" bongos.
