I dunno about customizable moves, but a playable Mii with a head taken from a Mii of your choice (decided along with your name, of course) and moves from Wii Sports and Wii Play would be awesome.

Oh my god.
I just cannot believe how AWESOME this game is. AWESOOOMMMME. I was dying for this to show up...Sakurai never ever disappoints. Maybe with Sonic, but whatever.
Is that the Bramble Blast music from DKC2? WIN! <3

Eh, I don't think Sonic is that much a disappointment now that he's here. It sure beats that Olympics crap.  But where were we? Man, he really is putting almost everything imaginable into this game!! |

I was very awesomely surprised this morning. Now I can make wonderfully retro courses from my favorite NES/SNES games. Woo! If Sakurai doesn't deliver a proper SMB3 course, I'll make one!  ...I probably will even if there is one! |

One of the best songs to grace the Super Nintendo is in Brawl, possibly remixed! Oh and that Mother 2 Winters song. But STICKERBRUSH SYMPHONY.
Good lord, do we need to drag DK Vine into everything Donkey Kong related like they're the law?

Actually, it's the Snowman music from Mother 1. Yes, Snowman is a place. I didn't actually check to see if the music is repeated, but Satsy (my sister), who is my trusted source for all things Mother, didn't mention anything.
And yes, sounds like the awesome Bramble music from DKC2 is in as well ;D
Boo Destroyer - that's not the sole DK song, you know. There's gonna be LOADS of music in the game, so don't get disappointed yet (although I do expect DKC1's factory music to be more likely).

Also gamemusic nerd coming through!: That Snowman song has been used in every Mother game made including Mother 3, so I guess that's why they just wrote down 'Mother'.
