"Fire Emblem: Fire Emblem Theme" (1:15)Click here to listen. Lyrics Supervisor : Masahiro Sakurai Translation Supervisor : Taro Yamashita Composition Supervisor : Yuka Tsujiyoko Arrangement Supervisor : Shogo Sakai Director : Taizo Takemoto Soprano : Oriko Takahashi Tenor : Ken Nishikiori • Copyrights for this song are held by Nintendo and INTELLIGENT SYSTEMS. • Check your volume settings. We’re using an extravagant chorus with the Super Smash Bros. Brawl main theme, right? Well, when we recorded it, we also created and recorded the Fire Emblem theme with the same members.
In Japan, the lyrics used in commercials are quite famous ("♪If danger approaches, retreat helter-skelter!"), but in taking it worldwide, I’ve reflected on the Fire Emblem world and done the lyrics in Latin.
If you were to write them in English, they would go something like this:
Fire Emblem, companions walk The endless path together.
In the wavering shadow of spite, Our home is faced by the oncoming spear, Engulfed in flames.
I keep that unforgettable day in my heart And now rise up together with my companions.
Fire Emblem, our bond shall be never broken.
We hold fast to protect tomorrow And the one who awaits our return.
Fire Emblem, light gathers on the flag we unfurl.
Fire Emblem, we gaze upon the multitude of stars, Gripping our blades.
If we do not bring light to the darkness in these lands, The shooting stars will soar over a wasteland.
Fire Emblem, on whom does the morning sun shine As she climbs over the edge of battle?

Just so you know, parrot, the Dojo updated an hour early today! And thanks to daylight savings, it looks like it will stay that way for a while. Just so you know in the future.
Anyways, this was also pretty high quality music. Nice!

Technically, it's only an hour early for DST observers But it's an okay update. Kinda... mediocre.

I like it, mostly because it sounds so excessively with the Latin chorus.
Oh and it sounds like it's about to play a different tune before it cuts off. Anybody who played Fire Emblem knows where that could be from?

I apologize about that. I heard that the daylight savings time on several desktops were incorrect earlier. Anyways, this was also pretty high quality music. Nice! That last part was from the Enemy's Turn parts of the first and third Fire Emblem titles. That sure does increases Marth's chance at entering SSBB.

Great piece of music the Latin lyrics are quite nice. It's also one of the longer tracks that has been shown as well.
Now wasn't this the track being played on the Castle Siege stage at the recent press event?

Alright, thanks for clearing that up Also when searching for mp3/spc file of said theme I came across this arranged tune. Hope that's an alternative for Castle Siege's My Music section.

I love that music!
Now I need some FE4 music.... oooooh!!!!! (FE4 had one of the greatest music in gaming history.)
And for the whole DST/Summer Time thing... Wouldn't that thing cause a fuss with a double 01:00 and and another missing 02:00/01:00?
We in Hong Kong do not consider such thing. We Hong Kong people are too busy to change clocks anyways.

Actually this music was part of Fire Emblem 6 (Fuuin no Tsurugi) soundtrack. You can hear it here. It is the same song just in japanese.

Oh and it sounds like it's about to play a different tune before it cuts off. Anybody who played Fire Emblem knows where that could be from? It might be the enemy battle theme from the first Fire Emblem. Also, this updated reminded me that I should stay back from Fire Emblem.

Music updates are always welcomed, and the Fire Emblem one was nicely done.

Anyways, cool song. Not a big Fire Emblem fan though, and not a big Latin fan...so not my favorite style...but interesting song nonetheless.
