Wow, my first time making a new thread.

Anyway, I was looking around for MIDIs from various games when I came across this...

It lists all the music from Sonic games that has been reused or remixed in another game. And I got to thinking that it'd be cool to have a site like that, listing all the appearences of different songs. Maybe it could be intergrated into the franchise pages somehow?

Just a suggestion. I think it'd be cool, anyway.

It's an okay idea, but would it really be worthwhile doing for any franchise other than Mario? I mean... SSB and SSBM aside (whose cameo pages already list all music) its only Mario who has been remade/cameoed enough to really count.

I don't see why not... I can think of loads of music that has been reused throughout the Zelda, Pokémon, Kirby, Metroid, F-Zero, StarFox and Donkey Kong series. No doubt there are more, but those are the only franchises I'm particularly familiar with.

Why would I want to do that?

However... you could always do what I did when I couldn't find a website that gave me the information I wanted... set up your own website! And then you're safe in the knowledge that you have a website with all-original content.

Why are everyone talking about Super Smash Bros games and miss out WarioWare games? T_T

But then I rarely can hear music from other series when playing game.
