You guys are all crazy. Ape inc. means Ness? Pshaw, I say! Pshaw!
Clearly this means that we'll be getting Uncle Pennybags from their Monopoly games in!

But why would they list Ape/Creatures twice if its the same company?

The copyright would be in Ape's name. I'm pretty sure that if a business changes it's name it's considered a new business in the eyes of the law or something like that. I learned about it a long time ago.

Tell me, then, Why does this company claims to have "Flash CS3" copyrighted since 1993 instead of 2005? www.avgil.com/as3/fl9splash.png1993 was when FutureSplash - nay, even before - SmartSketch, had begun its developement. Surely atthat time period it sharednothing with Adobe? If what you said is true, wouldn't the software be copyrighted to FutureWave for 1993 to 1995, Macromedia from 1995 to 2005 and Adobe from 2005 to 2007? I know nothing about business law, so please tell me that.

I don't know. Maybe if Creatures Inc. remade Earthbound, it would update the copyrights?
