I've been thinking about Jajamaru-Kun for a while now. I kept asking myself why him and not Takamaru or even Ryu Hayabusa. It doesn't make sense. Why would Sakurai pick a ninja from an obscure third-party game that's Japan-only and not a ninja from a well-known third-party game that's international like Ryu Hayabusa of the Ninja Gaiden franchise? The way Jajamaru-Kun fights (as described by the leaks) sounds similiar to how we would expect from Ryu Hayabusa or even Takamaru (at least he's Nintendo). My opinion? The guy who "leaked" probably downloaded Ninja Jajamaru-Kun on Virtual Console and found the game to be fun so he wanted the ninja in Brawl even though he has known about him for less than a year. Kinda like that one time in the official Nsider Message Board one guy was asking for Ristar to be in Brawl just after Ristar was available on Virtual Console.

Your Flaw #9 is flawed. Sakurai never said we wouldn't get clones. He said that not every character would be returning which we took to MEAN the clones weren't returning, because we hate Dr. Mario, Young Link, Pichu, and what they tried to pass off as Ganondorf.

In the US, no one loves Sonic in Japan... Also you forgot Metal Sonic... He was after Shadow. No, I'm talking about the Japan poll, not the US one. Sonic was first, Shadow was second and Tails was third. Knuckles was in the runners-up (4th IIRC) and Metal Sonic wasn't mentioned as far as I remember. EDIT: Here it is. because we hate Dr. Mario, Young Link, Pichu, and what they tried to pass off as Ganondorf. Speak for yourself. The only clone I hate is pichu, and IMO Roy and Dr. Mario are better than their originals. |

Clones having better stats is irrelevant anyway since every character has different physics in Brawl than in Melee.

Clones having better stats is irrelevant anyway since every character has different physics in Brawl than in Melee. Well, some may argue that the clone have worse stats compaired to their counterpart. The Tier list has the original always above the clone (save for Dr. Mario). |

Well, well, well, looks like I found the 11th flaw in addition to my listed 10 flaws.
Flaw #11: Pikmin & Olimar are playable yet this leaked roster doesn't include them.
This leak is totally fake like I always thought it is. The idiot was trying to have his 15 minutes of fame.

Even though everything this guy says can be hella false, it's fun to read it. And if it's false atleast he's done his research right. If you skip the part where he's shocked people branded him as fake he basically says the following: - One of the cut characters from Melee has a major role in Subspace Emissary - Blaziken is a Pokeball pokemon. - 'Luigi will be returning as a hidden character. He will utilize the Poltergust 3000 as one of his moves. He has an entirely new moveset and is one of the most heavily de-cloned characters.' - Ganondorf returns in his Twilight Princess form. - There are over 15 represented franchises in Brawl with characters. - Master Hand will appear in the game. - AT's play an important role in SSE. - 'Some of the old characters' movesets have been passed on to new characters in order to re-work the older characters' movesets. They are not carbon copies, however, they have been tweaked.' ( Aka Ness with his own moveset I guess) - The Ice Flower from SMG is an item: 'It enables you toturn foesinto ice on contact but you cannot utilize your B moves. It lasts for a limited time.' ( Basically you'd be fucked if they threw you off stage by throwing an item) - Todd from Pokemon Snap is an AT. He appears in his Zero One vehicle. - 'New Item: The Bitter Spray from Pikmin works as such: upon obtaining it, press A to use it. It will release a small blast much like in the game and any foes caught in the blast will be temporarily turned to stone. They cannot physically move, andyou cannot physically move them. I think he's a liar... but a good one for a change.
I want to believe him, but I just imagine this "daily" update thing he's got going on is just fun for him. Imagine... you hook alot of people to your blog and you get play Sakurai. Sounds like fun... no?
That's what I imagine this guy is doing it for. He hasn't said anything discreditable or unbelieveable... I just think he's a devoted fan that got sick of waiting for daily updates and wanted to start making them.
He actually has some good ideas.... the Pak E. Derm assist trophy a clever and unexpected idea.... something we can expect from Brawl.

Thus far, the only supposed leakers we have that are yet to be debunked:
--thealmightygoat, who is posted above and has a daily blog. he claims the "15-yr old British kid" isn't him
--rapscouter, who correctly leaked info about Diamond/Pearl (Piplup becomes Water/Steel, 3rd gym is Fighting, Lucario is an evolved Pokemon, etc.). the catch? he throws lies in with his leaks, to "keep us on our toes." some argue it's "hedging his bets."
--ChaosZero, who disappeared as soon as he came. correctly predicted Dragoon, threw in some other random stuff about PCs that seemed obvious, and bolted.
--Serebii, who has not actually revealed anything but has 5+ years of trust and experience. he's debunked a few leaks pertaining to Pokemon, such as one about "Poke Floats 2" or the return of "Saffron City."
The only common themes through all these leaks?
-Ness is returning
-Mewtwo gets the boot
-Subspace is huge
-There is another 3rd party character
The only things we can confirm before game's release, beyond minor things, are:
-rapscouter claims we will see the final 3rd party revealed on the DOJO next week
-Captain Falcon will be revealed as the final starter
Other stuff, like items and stages, are harder to "call" as being updates before release.
