"Pikmin: World Map" (1:08) Click here to listen. Composition Supervisor: Hajime Wakai Arrangement Supervisor: Yasunori Mitsuda• The copyright for this music is held by Nintendo. • Check your volume settings.Choosing Pikmin music is a rather difficult thing to do. In trying to find a song that would be remembered by those who played the game...
I thought about areas that everyone would visit when starting and ending play, and thus chose this song.
Its arrangement came together in a smooth and lovely way. It conveys the remarkable Pikmin world. It’s nice.

I like this music very much...it reminds me of the hills with butterflies and a lake...SNAP OUT OF IT! Nah this is really cool. I think it goes down as one of my favorites!

Good music, really reminds of when I played Pikmin 2. Good to see Sakarai was aiming for that.
It has such a nice and pleasant feel to it as well.

Oh, Mitsuda made this one. Knowing that now, it actually reminds me of certain bits of Chrono Cross.

It has a really remniscent tone to Chrono Trigger, but it reminds me well of Pikmin. Ahh... I miss that game.

It has a feeling to Hako no Niwa, a lighthearted game scored by Mitsuda and also about flowers (it's translated as "The Box Garden").

Can anybody tell me why the Japanese site links to the "My Music" update, but none of the others do?

I like this music. I really should play Pikmin a bit more, I think.

So... is this song from Pikmin 1or 2? I know I've heard it, but it doesn't seem to be in my Pikmin 1 soundtrack... and I don't have Pikmin 2 with me to check.

Interesting. Very, erm, "happy". Oh, Mitsuda made this one. Knowing that now, it actually reminds me of certain bits of Chrono Cross. HELLZ YEAH! SERGE FOR BRAWLZ!!! Sorry. My Chrono Cross fanboyism kicks in whenever someone mentions that game. ;D

So... is this song from Pikmin 1or 2? I know I've heard it, but it doesn't seem to be in my Pikmin 1 soundtrack... and I don't have Pikmin 2 with me to check. Both I think. It's the "chose a level" song. I know for a fact it's in Pikmin 2.

I heard this song on the stage select screen (a.k.a. World Map) in Pikmin 1. I have Pikmin 1, but I don't have Pikmin 2.
