Okay, I really don't want this to be the real roster!  I haven't seen any Smash Bros. Polls for ages anyway back to the topic. Do you think this is fake? It sounds so fake but the people sound so real...did that make sense? Not enough newcomers. I'm sure Sakurai will reveal at least six newcomers after the Japanese launch (and I'm including Lucario in that)
Also, I know it sounds clieched, but no Ridley=instant fail. Geno or K. Rool woudn't hurt either, but those two are less likely.

Very fake, because several people said that Krystal is in, because of her voice actor in the SSBB credits. That only proves that her voice is in. Cutscenes, easter eggs.... assist trophy... doesn't mean playable. This list gives us 14 unlockable characters... with a pretty decent mix of old and new. (5 newcomers) It's dissapointing for those who want another 3rd party character. It's dissapointing for Mewtwo. And it's disapointing for people who want Krystal, Issac, Geno, Ridley, K. Rool or any other popular pick. I don't believe it until I see it, but I could do with this roster. You know, there are SEVENTEEN newcomers in the game if this is real... plus several vets probably had their moves changed. The only LOL WUT character on there is ROB... which... I cant see it being from Starfox. It HAS to be the perhiperal. |

I don't like this roster one bit. It is so dull and I'm happy that all of us voted NO. This place dosen't want dull roster. For goddness sake Sakurai delayed the game 3 damn times and we get a roster like this...DAMN that's just one crap roster. Sorry for being like this but all my wanted characters only a couple got in. Sonic, Wolf(if this roster is true.) and Lucario....what the. I want Krystal, Issac, K Rool, Ridley, Mega Man, Pac Mna, Bomberman, Geno, ancient minister(for some reason) and many others but I get this....Worthless. Is it really that devistating? I mean... is this really as bad as everyone is making it?
I'm not saying it's true, but at this point... it very very well could be. We do have a picture of the default select screen... and (assuming that's real) it can fit about 14 unlockables.... and that is what this list has.
The game is very very close to being out. It's only natural for the roster to be revealed now. So this COULD be it. Is it really that bad?
I honestly doubt very much that ROB64 is the character they meant... it's most likely ROB the Robotic operating buddy. The one that was playable in Mariokart if you remember.
Here we have a game that is promising seventeen newcomers (double the normal amount you get in a fighting game sequel, more than the amount you get in a new series) and returning faces of many people you thought were gone. Sup Ness.
Is it unfortunate for Geno, Krystal, Ridley and the rest... sure it is. Maybe they'll be assist trophies and hang out with Garoh, Lyn and Little mac and the rest of the guys that could have been playable but aren't. You'll get over them.
Sounds like a pretty good deal to me. Yeah, I would have liked another 3rd party character to compliment the other 2. I would have liked Ridley. But the game has already shown me lots of originality and creativity.... and I can't wait to play it! To all you sulking your heads about this roster.... SUCK IT UP!!! Don't be disgraceful.... don't be babies about it... don't make yourselves look foolish.... was Melee's roster perfect? Far from it. But once the game was released, it didn't matter.

Also people will find out where he lives and brick his house and kidnap his pet(s) and demand downloadable Ridley. e:this roster ain't bad, I'm kinda curious how R.O.B would work actually, but Starfox having both Falco and Wolf.. seems kinda overkill to me. |
